航空障碍灯新型供电系统的设计与研究 王笑笑马春力董仕长程样邢浩杰曲立杰 佳木斯大学材料科学与工程学院 以太阳能集热与温度差发电为基础，设计出一种应用于小型航空障碍灯的供电 系统。该系统主要由集热装置、蓄热装置及温差发电片构成，对不冋浓度的蓄热 液进行沸点及比热的测定，结果表明：采用体防冻液积分数为40%的蓄热液，Ti NX0Y集热蓝膜集热时，晴天、多云天和雨天蓄热液的温度分别为86°C、70°C和 57°C。经过夜晚12h后，箱体内溶液温度可由70°C下降至52°C,此温差可以点 亮一个1W的小灯泡，该装置可用于小型航空障碍的供电系统。 关键词： 航空障碍灯;温度差发电;供电系统; 基金：全国大学生创新创业训练计划项A Design and Study of New Type Power Supply System for Aviation Obstacle Lamp WANG Xiao-xiao MA Chun-li DONG Shi_chang CHENG Xiang XING Hao—jie QU Li-jie School of Materials Science and Engineering, Jiamusi University; Abstract： The power supply mode of aviation obstacle lamp mainly depends on the battery, which makes serious environment pollution. The development of new energy to replace the accumulator is important. The research is about power supply system which is applied to the miniature aviation obstacle lamp based on solar collector and temperature difference generation. The system is mainly composed of heat collection device, heat storage device and thermoelectric power. In the middle of June, the heat collection and night storage capacity of the system were tested in Jiamusi of Heilongjiang. Black chromium coating aluminum sheet and Ti NXOY blue film were used as heat collection. Different volume antifreeze liquid is used to storage heat. Boiling point and specific heat capacity of different volume antifreeze liquid device are measured. The results indicates that the temperature of mixture liquid with 40% antifreeze liquid in fine day, cloudy day and rainy day reaches at 86°C, 70°C and57°C, respectively in Ti NXOY heat collection device. The temperature of the liquid is lowered from 70°C to52°C after 12 h at night. The temperature difference is about 50°C which can light a 1 W bulb. The device can be used in the power supply system of small aviation obstacles.
