Various intellectual learning methods have integrated into study and life. We can promote the internationalization of Chinese language by taking the development of the mobile network technology’s ride and utilizing the intellectual learning methods, so as to enhancing the international spread of Chinese. Author aims to understand the conditions of the learning resources of App by investigating and analyzing some Chinese learning App software. We can find out the areas need to be improved in terms of functions, contents and design by comparing and analyzing some excellent App software between English and Chinese. We distributed the questionnaire survey and set overseas students and ordinary students in Zhenzhou University as examples. We analyzed the conditions of English users and Chinese users and knew something about their demands. Author raised three suggestions about the development of Chinese learning software. First, cross-board cooperation must carry out. Second, it is necessary to raise the pertinence and to enhance practicability.
