4. 骨折周围结构损伤（Damage to Surrounding Structures）: (1). 大血管损伤（Injury of Major Blood Vessel）: (2). 神经损伤（Nerve Injury）: (3). 脊髓损伤 Spinal Cord Injury: 5.骨筋膜室综合症:(Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome ） The Osteofascial Compartment is composed of bone, interosseous membrane, septum of muscle (肌间隔), and deep fascia(筋膜). Contents in the compartment are muscles, blood vessels and nerves etc. interosseous membrane septum of muscle deep fascia Bleeding or edema(水肿) or tight dressing—pressure in the compartment increases—small arteries supplying muscles are crushed to close—lack of blood for the muscles—increasing muscle edema—higher pressure…… A vicious cycle： 水肿 缺血 筋膜室综合征预后 (Prognosis: 痊愈Healing 缺血性挛缩Ischemic 坏疽Gangrene 晚期并发症 Late Complications 1.坠积性肺炎 (Hypostatic Pneumonia): 主要发生于长期卧床的病人，特别是年老体弱和伴有慢性病的患者。 2.褥疮(Bedsore) : 严重创伤骨折，长期卧床，身体突起部位受压，局部血运障碍，易形成褥疮。 常见于骶尾部、髋部、足跟等部位。 3. 深静脉血栓 Deep Vein Thrombosis： 肢体长时间的制动，静脉血流缓慢，创伤后的血液高凝状态，易发生血栓形成。 4. 损伤性骨化 (Traumatic Ossification): Sprain(扭伤), dislocation(脱位) and fracture near joint cause subperiosteal haematoma (血肿) Ossification begins in the haematoma and near by soft tissue and joint function is affected severely. Usually occurs in elbow joint. 5.感染 开放骨折处理不当，可致化脓性骨髓炎。 6.创伤性关节炎 (Traumatic Osteoarthritis)： Rough Joint surface due to intraarticular(关节内的) fracture, if not reduced(复位) exactly, can damages the opposite joint surface-the articular cartilage and results in Traumatic Osteoarthritis. 7.关节僵硬（Ankylosis-Stiffness of Joint）: Fixation of fracture—poor venous and lymphoid outflow—increased exudation—fibrous adhesion—contracture of capsule and surrounding muscles—limited range of motion. The most common complication 8.急性骨萎缩（Acute Bone Atrophy）: 损伤所致关节附近的痛性骨质疏松即反射性交感神经骨营养不良。 典型症状：Pain and disorder of vascular contraction and expansion. X-ray:骨折端骨质疏松 9. 缺血性骨坏死 （Avascular Bone Necrosis）: One of the fractured part of bone lost its blood supply completely. 10.缺血性肌挛缩 Ischemic Contract
