摘 要 本次设计基于目前CAPP技术发展现状趋势的基础上，对现有CAPP系统进行系统的分析以及对所存在的问题进行讨论，结合现今企业对CAPP系统的基本要求，尝试开发出了一套基本符合用户需求的工具型CAPP系统。该论文阐述了本CAPP系统得以实现的几个关键点，并从软件工程的角度对系统的开发过程进行了简略介绍。课题的重点是在对CAPP系统的通用性以及工具型方面进行实用的分析与开发。系统以交互式工艺设计为主要技术思想，为用户提供了多个子系统，研究了部分资源数据存储和管理模式，建立了开放式工艺资源数据库管理系统，系统以Visual Basic6.0为开发平台，运行于中文Windows环境下，并使用Microsoft Access软件对数据库进行扩展。并对各项进行了修改，展示了部分工艺资源数据的动态管理。 实例零件运行表明，系统基本结构合理、人机界面友好、决策过程清楚、易于扩充维护，有便于二次开发。研究结果对CAPP技术的理论以及应用和发展有一定的现实意义。 关键词：计算机辅助工艺设计系统；工艺资源；数据库；系统开发 ABSTRACT This paper on the current status of CAPP technology development trend, based on the existing CAPP system for systematic analysis of the problems discussed in light of todays business-to-CAPP system, the basic requirements, a bold attempt to develop a meet the user needs a tool-type CAPP system. In the paper outlined the CAPP system to achieve several key technologies, and from the perspective of software engineering development process of the system are introduced. Topics are the focus of the CAPP system in general as well as practical aspects of tool-based analysis and development. Process design system for interactive technology as the main idea, to provide users with a number of subsystems, studied part of the resources of data storage and management mode, set up an open process resource database management system, system to Visual Basic6.0 development, operating in the Chinese Windows environment, and using Microsoft Access software on the database expansion. Examples of parts to run shows that the basic structure of the system reasonable, friendly human-machine interface, decision-making process clear, easy to expand the maintenance, has to facilitate the secondary development. The results of the CAPP technology application and development of theory, and have a certain degree of practical significance.
