中国石油内部控制信息披露的研究  中国石油内部控制信息披露的研究 摘要 自从2005年12月中国石油天然气集团公司开展内部控制体系建设以来，已经走过了10年的历程。我国经济发展趋于全球化，内部控制体系的建设显得越来越重要，石油行业作为我国能源的大型支柱产业，使得企业内部控制是否完善，对我国的社会稳定和经济健康都有着十分重大的影响。当前时期，我国的企业内部控制建设仍然是处于发展的初期，虽然，在中国石油内部控制方面取得了一些成效，但是公司仍然存在着很大的问题，例如，公司内部控制信息载体和相关规范不统一，企业内部控制信息披露的相关规定并没有得到落实等。因此，如何让公司的内部控制制度得到完善和落实，成为了中国石油当下最需要解决的问题。 因此，本文从行业发展趋势和企业综合竞争力出发，对中国石油实施内部控制的必要性进行了系统分析，阐述了内部体系的基本理论，对建立内部控制体系的必要性进行了深入分析。并以COSO控制框架为指引，结合中国石油内部控制评价考核的经验，介绍如何搭建内部控制评价考核体系，设计了中国石油内部控制体系的具体实施方案，最后，针对中国石油实施内部控制的运行情况，对实施效果评价体系进行了研究，提出了效果评价的主要程序和标准。 关键词：石油企业，内部控制，评价体系，COSO控制框架China petroleum research on the information disclosure of internal control Abstract Since December 2005, China national petroleum corporation to carry out the internal control system construction, has been 10 years of history.
