航海技术专业本科培养计划 Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Marine Navigation 一、业务培养目标 ⅠEducational Objectives 本专业培养符合国家教育方针和国际、国内相关法规要求的、具备海洋及内河船舶驾驶、船舶运输管理等方面的知识和技能的、能在海洋及内河运输企事业单位从事船舶驾驶、营运管理、港口引航、海事管理及高等学校、科研院所从事教学和科学工作的，综合素质好、安全与环保意识强、具有国际竞争能力的高级航海人才。 This program aims at training advanced talents competent in navigation technology and management with qualifications of international seafarer training, certificate issuing, STCW, as well as requirements for seafarers of the People’s Republic of China, who have solid theoretical foundation and basic skills in ship steering at sea and in inland waterways, ship transport and management. They are competent to engage in researching and teaching in ship steering, ship operation management and harbor pilot in higher institutions and research institutes. The graduates should be general-qualified, conscious of safety and environment protection, and competitive in international shipping industries. 二、业务培养要求 ⅡEducational Requirements 本专业主要进行现代海洋及内河船舶驾驶、航运管理和法规基础知识、国际航运市场经济、船舶运输管理的基本理论和知识教育，及独立指挥和组织船舶航行综合素质、航海科技创新能力和国防观念的培养。 本专业毕业生应具备以下方面的素养和能力： 1、热爱社会主义祖国，拥护中国共产党领导，敬业爱岗、艰苦奋斗、热爱劳动、遵纪守法、团结合作的品质；具有良好的思想品德、社会公德和职业道德。 2、掌握一定体育和军事基本知识，掌握科学锻炼身体的基本技能，养成良好的体育锻炼和卫生习惯，受到必要的军事训练，达到国家规定的大学生体育和军事训练合格标准，具备健全的心理和健康的体魄。 3、掌握操作级知识和一定的管理级知识。 4、具有独立获取知识、发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的基本能力及开拓创新的精神，具备一定的从事本专业业务工作的能力和适应相邻专业业务工作的基本能力和素质。 5、达到国家对大学（理工）本科英语要求，并具备较强的适应本专业需要的英语听、说及阅读能力和一定的写作能力。 6、通过学校及国家主管机关规定的考试和评估，具备规定的海上资历，可取得海洋船舶驾驶员相关的适任证书。 Students of this program are required to acquire basic theories and knowledge of modern ship steering at sea and in inland waterways, ship transport and management, fundamental knowledge on shipping management and shipping regulations, international shipping economics and markets.
