PortableMethaneAlarm AbstractIncompanywiththedevelopmentofthepetroleumgasindustryintheworld,theleakageaccidentaboutmethaneincreasedwitheachpassingday.It’sbecomingseriousproblemthathowtodetectthe methaneandfuelleakageinindustrialzoneresidentialarea’sductandtheaccumulationofmethaneinmine.Moreseriously,thesedetectionequipmentshavebigbody andhighcostandneedadjusthalfthetime,itcan’tmeettherequirementofdetectingsomeharmfulgasinpeople’sdailylife.Inordertoenhancepeople’ssafetymonitoringability,it’s exactlyneeddevelopinganewintegration,miniaturization,lowservicingopticalgas monitoringdevice.Thethesisofmethaneconcentrationathomeandabroadinfrareddetectingmethodfor research inthe laboratory madethe researchbaseonearly.Usedthenewinfraredgas detectingtechnologywhichinfraredopticsprincipleanddataprocessingtodesignaportableinfraredmethaneAlarm.InfraredMethaneAlarmhassomeadvantagessuchasnot-easy ageing,rapidresponse,highsensitivity,stabilizationandstronganti-jammingcapability.ThisdissertationincludesAlarmoverallprogramdesigns,thesafetycircuit,explosion-proofshell,choosedtheappropriateexplosion-proofbattery,anddesignedinfraredopticalchamberused thesoftwareofzemax,andthenintroducedthetemperaturecompensationcombinedwithneuralRBFnetworkandthealarm’slow-powerdesigns.
