硕士研究生张柯晴（内科学呼吸系病）指导老师吕坤聚教授关键词：FAK；NF-κBp65；VEGF-C；免疫组织化学；肺肿瘤THEEXPRESSIONAND CLINICALSIGNIFICANCEOFFAK, NF-κBp65ANDVEGF-CIN NON-SMALLCELLLUNGCANCERAbstractObjective:ToinvestigatetheexpressionofFAK(focaladhesionkinase),NF-κBp65 (nuclearfactor-kappaBP65)andVEGF-C(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor-C)in non-smallcelllungcancer(NSCLC)inordertodetecttheirrelationshipbetweenthe clinical pathological feature,diagnosesand prognosis.Methods:PatientsweretreatedbyoperationinThe401stHospitalofthePLAbetween betweenDecember2012andDecember2013,ofthem75patientswithNSCLCwere chosenascases(specimenrequirementsasfollowing:1.thosewhoneverreceivedthe chemotherapyandradiotherapybeforethesurgery;2.thosewhowithoutprimarytumors inotherorgans;3.thosewhosetissuesareparaffin-embeddedfully).30adjacentlung tissueswereselectedrandomlyascontrols.Thehistopathologicalclassificationand gradingweredeterminedbythepathologistsfrom401thhospital.ImmunohistochemicalElivisionmethodwasusedtodetecttheexpressionofFAK、NF-κBp65andVEGF-Cin75NSCLCtissuesand30adjacentnormallungtissues.SPSS17.0statisticssoftwarewas applied forstatistical analysis, and χ2test was used forthe expression ofFAK、NF-κBp65andVEGF-CinNSCLCwithitsclinicalpathologicalfeature,gradingandcomparison betweentheexperimentalgroupandthecontrolgroup.SpearmancorrelationanalysiswasusedfortherelationshipbetweenFAK、NF-κBp65andVEGF.P0.05wasconsidered tobestatisticallysignificant.Results:(1)FAKandVEGF-Cshowedbrown-yellowsolidsprecipitationincytoplasm waspositiveandNF-κBp65showedyellowsolidsprecipitationincytoplasmandnucleus waspositive.(2)ThepositiveexpressionratesofFAK,NF-κBp65andVEGF-Cwere 57.3%(43/75),85.3%(64/75)and65.3%(49/75)inNSCLCtissuesbutthosewere 13.3%(4/30),16.7(5/30)and0%(0/30)innormallungtissues(P0.05).(3)Theexpression ofFAK,NF-κBp65andVEGF-CwereallrelatedtodifferentiationandTNMstage,in poorly differentiated lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than that inwell-moderatelydifferentiated(P0.05).TheirexpressioninIII~IV wassignifican
