AbstractObject-OrientedDataModel(OODM)isabletoaccuratelydescribethedata,therelationshipbetweendataanddataintegrityconstraintswithitsstrongsemanticexpressionability,makingtheapplicationofOODMinthedatabaseanddataintegrationmoreandmorewidely.Becauseoftechnicalquestion,Object-OrientedDatabasehasnotcreatedaveriestproduct.Atpresent,thestudyaboutimplementtechnologyofObject-OrientedDataModelbasedonRDBMSwillhaveveryimportantmeaning.Meanwhile,itisoneofmostlycontentofChina’sSinopecoilandgasexplorationanddevelopmentdatamodelstandardstudyandconstructionprojecttostudyEpicentre3.0DataModelanditsimplementationbasedonRDBMS,andultimatelycompletetheimplementationandapplicationofSPDM1.0DataModel.Inthispaper,basedonChina’sSinopecoilandgasexplorationanddevelopmentdatamodelstandardstudyandconstructionproject,thewriterhasmadesomeresearchanddesignintheprojectiontoolofSPDMDataModel.Firstly,thisthesisanalyzedtheresearchsituationofthedatamodelindomesticandinternationaloilindustry,aswellas,theshortcomingsofexistingdatamanagementmodelofChina’sSinopec,thendefinedthedomesticresearchandapplicationvalueoftheEpicentre3.0DataModel.Secondly,itseriouslyresearchedthemaincontents,characteristics,classification,datatypesandmodelmanagementmethodsandprinciplesofEpicentre3.0DataModel,andanalyzedHighLevelModelandActivityModelofEpicentre3.0.ThenitdescribedtheformationprocessofSPDM1.0andclarifieddifferencesandcontactsbetweenSPDM1.0andEpicentre3.0.Next,itseriouslyresearchedtheEpicentreprojectiontheory,andintroducedavarietyoflaws,thebasicoperationofprocessandavarietyofstrategiesandmethodsfollowedbyeverystepoftheoperationindetail,andlistedavarietyofdatatypesimplementationofEpicentre,thenproposedsomereasonableproposalsandrequestsaboutthedataintegrityvalidation.Finally,thistheosis,basedonthedeepresearchofEpicentre3.0DataModelandEpicentreprojectiontheory，hascompletedthedesignanddevelopmentofSPDMdatamodelprojectiontoolandachievedtheSPDM1.0logicalmodeltophysicalmodelofthemapping.Itprovidesatheoreticalguidanceandasolidfo
