山东师范大学硕士学位论文 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 课外体育活动是学校体育的重要组成部分，它与体育教学、运动训练相辅相 成，共同完成学校体育的目的任务。课外体育锻炼是利用课余时间，运用各种练 习的方法，结合自然力和卫生措施，进行经常的全面身体锻炼，以达到增强学生 体质，培养锻炼习惯，调节精神和丰富课外生活促进学生全面发展的目的。课外 体育活动有助于体育兴趣、习惯的培养，有助于终身体育基础的形成，有助于学 生形成良好的生活习惯，促进文化学习。 本人运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计等方法对济南市中小学课外体 育活动的组织开展状况进行了调查与分析。分别从课外体育活动项目设置、组织 管理、资源现状、活动内容、参与者态度等方面进行调查。从调查结果看济南市 中小学课外体育活动的开展情况不是太乐观。影响课外体育活动开展的因素较 多，既有学校方面的因素，如领导重视程度不够，组织和管理有缺陷，缺乏对学 生的指导，场地设施不全等;又有学生自身方面的因素，如缺乏兴趣，学习压力 大，时间紧等。通过对影响因素的分析，提出了开展好课外体育活动的具体建议， 最终，提出通过建立以学校为中心，以社区为依托的课外体育活动俱乐部的建议 来优化课外体育活动的开展。 关键词：中小学；课外体育活动；课外体育活动组织；体育俱乐部 分类号: G80-05 I Abstract Extracurricular Sports Activity, an important part of P.E. education, has a close connection with sports teaching and training in both primary and secondary schools. As for the Extracurricular Sports Training, it refers to an overall physical training which is to make full use of one’s spare time, to adopt various kinds of training methods as well as to combine nature force with health measures. And it aims at strengthening students’ physique, cultivating the habits of taking sports training, and enriching students’ extracurricular life. Moreover, the Extracurricular Sports Activity can not only promote students’ interests and awareness of sports training, but guide them to develop a good learning and living habit in a long run. The paper attempts to study the organization of primary and secondary school Extracurricular Sports Activities in Jinan, adopting the research methods of literature reviews, questionnaires, data statistics, etc. The author tries to investigate the issue from the following perspectives: the project settings, organization and management, resource status, content, as well as students’ training attitudes. Seen from the survey, the carrying out of Extracurricular Sports Activities in Jinan is not so optimistic.
