AbstractAlong with the vigorous development of Chinese modern construction industry, the annual output value of construction industry in China exceeds 200 billion Yuan, Construction Quality Supervision has become a focus which is concerned with commoninterests and public security. At the same time，information construction has maderemarkable progress. The development of Construction quality supervision in DSS provides effective decision support for the governmental departments to enhance the governmental abilities of managing, providing service and improving effectiveness.Based on numerous literary of the field, the article begins with a brief illustration of the concept of concerned theory, elaborates the difficulties lie in quality supervision information System in China. An analysis is given about the present situation of management system of Construction Quality Supervision along with the assessment model based on AHP. The Decision Support System is tied with construction quality supervision. Construction Quality Supervision in DSS of one city is chosen as the research object, the feasibility analysis of application of DSS in has performed. Based on the working procedures and the goal of Construction Quality Supervision of the city the goal, development tools, structure and the operating procedures of decision support system of Construction Quality Supervision are tied with them.
