Food insecurity may be directly threatened people’s fitness. Hence, food safety has become the dispensable factor on which influences peoples health in China. To ensure safety food, our country should establish the perfect safey food supervision law, carries on food safe supervisory mechanism the reform and the consummation. This paper attempts from food security market supervision aspect, to discuss and analyze the items of safety food in our country. Foremost, the article makes some limits on concerning concepts, this is the research subject foundation, how to limit food、food security, moreover, whats the connotation and features safety food possessed, the article has made a brief analysis. And proposed consummates our country food security  legislation rules and regulations the suggestion.  The entire text  separates four parts: The first part, it concisely introduces the important meaning and concept of food security, and analyzes the safety food market supervision laws and regulations questions. In the second part, the paper illustrates the condition and the existed problems of the safety food market supervision laws and regulations in our country.
