AbstractInthispaper,theeffectsofprocessingparametersontheevolutionofmicrostructuresandthemechanicalpropertiesofHiBsteelduringbeingdeformedareinvestigatedbythermalsimulation.Thestress-straincurvesofsinglecompressionandthedoublecompressionandtheevolutionofmicrostructuresareanalyzed.Thestress-straincurvesatdifferentdeformingtemperatureorstrainrateandthequenchedmicrostructuresofHiBsteelareanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatbothdynamicrecoveryanddynamicrecrystallizationtakeplaceduringdifferentdeformingtemperaturesorstrainrates,butdynamicrecoveryismoreprominent.Atthesamedeformingtemperature,thesubgrainsizeofdynamicrecoverybecomeslargerwiththestrain-ratedecreasing,andthedynamicrecoverybecomesmorethorough.Onthecontrary,thedynamicrecrystallizationsofteningmechanismcomestodominatethematerialsofteningbehaviorwhenstrainrateincreases.Whenthestrainrateiscontant,itbecomesmoredifficultfordynamicrecoverytotakeplaceatthelowerdeformingtemperature,whichisverydifferentwiththeordinaryausteniticsteel.Keepingstrainrateconstant,it’seasyformicrostructuresdynamicrecoverytotakeplacewhileincreasingthedeformingtemperature,whichhasconsumedmostofdislocationenergy,andthedynamicrecrystallizationnucleationbecamedifficulttooccur.Accordingtostress-straincurvesofdoublecompressionbythermalsimulation,thesofteningratiosarecalculatedandthensofteningratiocurvesaredrawn.TherecrystallizationbehaviorandmicrostructurefeatureofHi-Bsteelhavebeenanalyzedwiththequenchedmicrostructureafterdeformationfordifferentintervaltimes.Theresultshowsthatthestaticsofteningratioincreaseswhentheintervaltimebecomeslongeratthesamedeformingtemperature.Andthestaticsofteningratioalsoincreaseswiththedeformingtemperatureincreasing.Duringtheintervaltime,staticrecoverystaticcrystallizationandthemeta-dymaticcrystallizationallcantakeplace.Keywords:HiBsteel;thermalsimulation;recovery;crystallization;structureevolutionII目录摘要.................................................................................................................................
