IMP3，HIF-1α和TWIST在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床病理学意义英文摘要ExpressionandclinicalpathologicalsignificanceofIMP3,HIF-1αandTWISTproteininendometrialcarcinomaAbstractObjective:TostudytheexpressionandsignificanceofIMP3,HIF-1αandTWISTproteininendometrialcarcinomaanditscorrelationwithclinicalpathologicalfeaturesinendometrialcarcinoma.Methods:In97casesofendometrialcarcinoma,theexpressionofIMP3,HIF-1αandTWISTproteinsweredeterminedbytheimmunohistochemicalstainingrespectively.Therelationshipbetweenthesethreeproteinsandclinicalpathologicalfeaturesintheendometrialcarcinomawereanalyzedviaχ2testandSpearman’srankcorrelationanalysis.ThesurvivalanalysiswaspreformedbyKaplan-Meier’smethod.Results:(1)In97casesofendometrialcarcinoma,thepositiveratesofIMP3,HIF-1αandTWISTproteinwere68.0%,39.2%and57.7%,respectively(p＜0.05);(2)TheexpressionofIMP3proteinwassignificantlyhigherintypeIIendometrialcarcinomathantypeIandtherewerealsodifferencesbetweeneachstage.Thepositiveratesinpoorlydifferentiatedtissueswerehigherthanmedianorhighdifferentiationtissues.TheexpressionofHIF-1αproteinwasmorehigherinlaterstagethanearlystageandintissuesthathadmyometrialinvasion.TWISTproteinwasmoreaccumulatedinendometrialcarcinomawithlymphnodemetastasisthannometastasis;(3)Spearman’srankcorrelationanalysisshownthatIMP3wascorrelatedwithHIF-1αaswellasHIF-1αandTWIST,butIMP3andTWISTwasn’tcorrelated;(4)ThepositivestainsofIMP3,HIF-1αandTWISTcorrelatedwithunfavorableprognosis.Conclusions:(1)TheexpressionsofIMP3,HIF-1αandTWISTcouldbethepredictorsofthemalignantdegreeofendometrialcarcinoma;(2)Theover-expressionsofIMP3,HIF-1αandTWISTcorrelatedwiththetypesofendometrialcarcinomaandthedifferentstages;(3)TheexpressionsofIMP3andHIF-1αwerepositivecorrelated,aswellasHIF-1αandTWIST,butIMP3andTWISTwerenotcorrelated;(4)ThepositivestainsofIMP3,HIF-1αandTWISTcorrelatedwithunfavorableprognosis.Keywords:endometrialcarcinoma,IMP3,HIF-1α,TWIST,immunohistochemistryWrittenbyXuXizhongSupervisedbyFengYizhong目录前言.............................................................
