山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 随着工作流技术的飞速发展，单个部门或组织的工作流建模和管理方法也越来越成 熟，同时随着社会分工越来越精细，部门或组织间的协同合作也是愈加频繁。因此跨部 门协同工作流成为业内人士的研究热点。 目前，对跨部门协同工作流的研究大多处于理论研究阶段，建模方法也是多种多样 鲜有一套成熟的建模描述方法。本文从普遍认同的建模工具 Petri 网入手，分析跨部门 协作时各个部门完成任务时的行为，抽象出部门的任务模型，并由此分析跨部门的协同 模式。 本文主要研究了以下几个方面的内容： 第一，通过简单例子分析部门的任务，并抽象出部门的任务模型。给出了任务模 型的定义并使用 XML 对任务模型进行表示。分析单个部门中任务的关系，以任务模型 为基础总结出两种关系：顺序结构关系和并行结构关系，并且用 XML 对这两种关系进 行表示。分析跨部门的情况任务的执行关系，提炼出跨部门的任务协同模式。同样以任 务模型为依据，给出四种协同模式：顺序模式、同步模式、资源共享模式和消息传递模 式，进而用 XML 给出形式化的表示。以前面理论为基础提出一种扩展的基于 Petri 网的 工作流模型-基于部门资源消息的工作流模型，给出形式化定义和建模方法，并对部门 内部任务关系和跨部门任务协同模式进行表示。 第二，为保护部门内部业务隐私，针对部门内部的业务流程，提出了一种 ORM_WF 模型的化简方法。分三个步骤完成对 ORM_WF 模型的化简，并给出每个步骤对应的算 法。然后给出了模型中任务的最早执行时间和最晚执行时间的计算方法，以便于把握模 型的执行时间。最后给出了资源冲突的定义并提出了解决资源冲突的策略。 第三，以城市应急联动系统为应用平台，进行了实际 ORM_WF 建模、化简、时间 性能分析、资源冲突分析及解决策略的应用。 关键词：协同模式，Petri 网，工作流，XML，应急联动系统 Abstract With the rapid development of workflow technology, workflow modeling and ma nagement within a single department or organization is increasingly mature . On the other hand, coordination among departments or organizations is more frequent in the process of an intensive labor division. Therefore, it is the cross-department coordination workflow that turns out to be the hot point in the industry. At present, the coordination workflow researches on cross-department are most ly in the theor y stage, modeling met hods are also varied, and short of mature modeling met hods. This paper based on the Petri net, which is a modeling tool genera lly accepted, analyzes the behaviors of different departments when they complete the tasks, abstracts departments ’ task model, and analysis the mode of the cross-department coordination. This paper studies the follow ing aspects: Firstly, through a simple example , tasks of departments are analysed , and then department task model is abstract ed.
