AbstractWiththedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,electronicproductshavebecomemoreandmorepopularinourlives.Usedasmobilepower,lithium-ionbatterywithstrongperformances,lightweight,longcyclelife,environmentallyfriendlyfeaturesandothercharacteristicsisgraduallypro-gazed.Newbatteriesareresearchedtomeetincreasinglyrequirementswithdevelopmentofnewmaterialsandelectrochemistry.Lithium-ionbatterywasmassproducedandwidelyusedintransportation,computer,aerospace,militaryandotherfieldsbyformofgroup.Therefore,inordertoimprovelithium-ionbatteriespacksperformance,exceptcontinuouslyimprovelithium-ionbatteryproductiontechnologyandit’sperformance,butalsoimproveandenhancetechnologyofbatterytestandprovideagoodfeedbackforlithium-ionbatterygroupanddevelopmentofbatterycells.Inthispaper,atest-screeningsystemforsoft-packaginglithium-ionbatterysinglecellinternalpressurewasdesigned.First,selecttheAMP20asasampleinthisstudy,itisassumethatthepressurevalueinsidethebatterycaseinAnsyssoftware(relativepressurevalues)andgraduallyaddpressurevaluesinarangeandobtainedcorrespondingtobatterycaseintheformofvariablesandobtainlithium-ionbatterycasesideofthecenteroflength×widthmaximumdeformationoccurs.Usingreversewaydeducedcaseofbatteriesandinternalpressuredeformationasafunction,andcalculatesthevolumeofgasinsidethebatterycase.Establishatheoreticalbasisforanentiresystem.Voltagevaluesoutputbysensorareproportionaltothedistancesinrange,distancesbetweenthesensorandcasewhichlocatedontheconveyorbeltwasmeasured,casedeformationsareobtainaccordingtoestablishedfunctionbetweentheinternalgaspressureofthebatteryandstoragethedates.Settingthebatteryinternalpressurelimitvalue,voltageislessthanasetvalue,thecomputeroutputsignalanddrivethemovementthebatteryawayfromslideandreachedfilterpurposes.Largequantitiesofbatteriesunderthesmallerimpactarescreenedquicklyandeffectivelybythecontrolofoperatingtimeandmovementspeedofrodlesscylinder.Keywords：Flexiblepackaginglithium-ionbattery;Pressure;Selecting;Shell-shapevariable目录第一章绪论.............
