ABSTRACTObjective：To investigate the value of serum CEA 、 CYFRA21-1 、 HE4 in lung cancer diagnosis, pathological classification and clinical staging.Methods：we collected a total of 80 lung cancer cases in the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university from June 1, 2014 to October 31, 2014, all cases are confirmed by cytology or histopathology.At the same time ,40 health adults and 40 patients with benign pulmonary diseases were collected as control group.The levels of peripheral blood HE4 were detected by ELISA in 160 research objects, using the electrochemoluminescence immunoassay detected the levels of peripheral blood CEA and CYFRA21-1.Quantitative data of CEA CYFRA21-1 and HE4 were tested for normality (all present skewness of the distribution,P0.05),we use median to describe the tendency of concentration, the levels of tumor markers between multiple groups through Kruskal-Wallis test, two groups through Mann-Whitney U test.Count data use random design R×C table Chi-square test or Fishers actual probability comparison, and ROC curve was used to compare the accuracy of the three markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer of different pathological types.Results：The level of CEA,CYFRA21-1,HE4 in lung cancer were significantly higher than those in health adults and benign pulmonary diseases(p0.05).Moreover,there was no significant difference between benign pulmonary group and the health group (P0.05).The level of CEA in lung adenocarcinoma (AD) was higher than squamous cell carcinomas and SCLC (χ2=12.98,P0.01) .CYFRA21-1 in squamous cell lung cancer was higher than AD and SCLC(χ2=7.154,P0.05).As to HE4,there is no difference between squamous cell carcinomas,AD and SCLC.The AUC of CEA in AD (AUC=0.867±0.044) was higher than squamous cellcarcinomas and SCLC.The AUC of CYFRA21-1 in squamous cell lung cancer(AUC=0.962±0.024) was higher than AD and SCLC.The AUC of HE4 in SCLC was the highest (AUC=0.925±0.042).In AD,CEA has the good diagnosis value.CYFRA21-1 has the g
