WiththegradualimprovementofChinaseconomicsystemreform,socialdevelopmentanddemocraticcitizenshipandlegalawareness,Chinaisfacingalabordisputeatthisstagetheindividualtothecollectivetransformation,theimportanceofcollectivelabordisputesettlementmechanismincreasinglyprominent.Thus,toimproveourcollectivelabordisputesettlementmechanismhasbeenimperative.ThispaperattemptstocombineNanhaiHondaindustrialactioncase,discussedChinascurrentcollectivelabordisputesettlementmechanism,inadditiontotheintroductionandconclusion,themaincontentsareasfollows:Thefirstpartofthisarticle,succinctlydescribestheresultsthroughtheSouthChinaSeaandtheHondaindustrialactionevents,cometodealwiththecontroversialsuccessfactors,andtheintroductionofthecurrentdisputesettlementsystemofcollectiveexperienceindealingwiththisincidentfromthemiddle,andthenmadeacollectivelabordisputesettlementmechanismofsomekindtoimprovethelegalsystemproblem.ThesecondpartofthisarticlediscussestheessentialdifferencebetweencollectivebargainingwithChinesecharacteristicsandthemarketeconomy,collectivebargaining,collectivebargainingandbindingElements,featurestheHondacasenegotiationsontheSouthChinaSeawereanalyzed,thatitisalreadymorestandardizedcollectivenegotiations,andinthecaseofprocessplayedanimportantrole.Thethirdpartofthisarticle,combingthesophisticatedtotheoriginsoftheDepartmentsince1950,LaborUnionLawprovisionsofthetradeunionfunctions,summedupthesituationinpracticeunionsplayfunctions.Thencombinedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheexistinglawontheroleoftradeunionsinthiscase,thetradeunionsandtheSouthChinaSeaHondaShishanTownFederationofTradeUnionsofspecificbehaviorswereanalyzeddislocationthinkthereisaproblemandtheabsenceoftradeunions.Thefourthpartofthisarticle,duetothematuremarketeconomy,theDepartmentofStateslawisdividedintocommonlawandcivillaw,thepapertargetedselectedUK,USAandGermanythreecountries,thesethreecountriesthroughcollectivelabordisputehandlingthesimplepracticeofcarding,andsystemsinthethreecountrieswererudimentaryevaluationandanal
