AbstractTheNewDemocraticCulture,uponwhichChairmanMaooncemadeconsiderablyfixedcommentonOnNewDemocracy,wasformedintheNewDemocraticRevolutionperiod.TheNewDemocraticCultureisthecultureofthemassesagainstImperialismandFeudalismleadedbytheProletariats,theideologicalreflectionofpolityandeconomyinNewDemocraticsociety.Inaddition,itsthreemajorfeaturesareNationalism,ScienceandPopularity.Intermsofthemodernity,itmainlycoversthreesignificances.Firstly,thecharacteristicsofmodernsocietyandtherecognitionofitsnature;Secondly,theanalysisandjudgmentonprocessofmodernization,aswellasitsgoalandoutcome;Thirdly,thephilosophyandattitudetowardsmodernsociety,andcriticismisthemainembodiment.BasedonthethreemeaningsasImentionedabove,IanticipatetodescribethemodernityofNewDemocraticCulturespecificallythroughanalyzingsomenewdemocraticmacro-fieldslikeguidingideology,self-positioningandculturalvision,aswellassomespecificcontentfacets,suchasinnovationspiritsandmodernnationalityconcept.Later,theorientationofmodernitywouldbenaturallyrefinedundersuccessiveanalysis.ThebasicideaofMarxismistheguidingthoughtandimportanttheoreticalsourceofNewDemocraticCulture.Andnowadays,humanisticthoughtsreferstothebasicdevelopmentviewsofhumanbeings.Bytheway,Marxalsoonceputforwardalotofjudgmentsaboutthedevelopmentofhumanbeingsinsomeofhisfamousworks,whichdirectlycontributedtotheformationofhumanisticthought.Forinstance,Marxoncesaid,”Communismisoneinacomprehensivemanner,thatis,asacompleteperson,topossesscomprehensivenatureoftheirown.”inEconomicandPhilosophicalManuscriptsof1844,Meanwhile,hefurtherpointedout,“Freedomactivitytocommunists,thisis…acomprehensive…creativelivingembodimentbyfreedevelopment.”inGarmanIdeology.TheCommunistManifestosummarizedthedevelopmentofhumanbeingsasthatfreedomdevelopmentofeveryonewasthefoundationofthefreedomdevelopmentofallpeople.AndDasKapitaldeemedthatthebasicprincipleofcommunismwasallpeople’scomprehensivebutfreedomdevelopment.Consequently,astheculturaltheoryofnewdemocraticsociety,thenewdemocraticcultur
