肺癌中医病因病机研究进展 　　摘 要：回顾（近10年）中医各医家对肺癌病因病机的认识，从气阴两虚、阳虚、痰瘀论、癌毒论、伏气学说、络病学6个方面展开论述。认为气阴两虚为肺癌的主要病因病机，贯穿于肺癌发病的始终。阳虚是肺癌正虚的关键，又直接与邪实的产生和发展有关。痰瘀毒结是肺癌的主要病理表现，又是导致正气内虚、脏腑功能失调的致病因素。癌毒是使恶性肿瘤区别于一般内、外、妇、儿各科疾病的一个特异致病因素。伏气内蕴是肺癌发病关键的致病条件之一，是癌瘤产生的特异病因，是诱发正常细胞在特定的条件下癌变的决定因素之一。从整体观念出发，络病学说是对肺癌认识角度的变化，肺癌的发生不仅有五脏六腑的功能失调，而且络脉所构建的“三维立体网络系统”的功能失衡也不容忽视。? 　　关键词：肺癌；病因病机；中医；研究进展 　　中图分类号：R285.5文献标识码：A 　　文章编号：1673-7717(2008)05-0912-02?? 　　Research Progress on Lung Cancer Etiopathogenisis And Pathogenesis of Traditional Chinese Medicine 　　?? 　　LIU Jian?qiu,JI Jun?rong,Jiang Peng?na? 　　(The First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Haerbin 150040，Heilongjiang，China)? 　　Abstract:To review (nearly ten years) the investigation progression of lung cancer Chinese Medical etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis.We summarize six aspects,including the deficiency of both vital energy and yin, yang asthenia,the phlegm and congestion stasis, the cancer poison, the insidious pathogenic factors and the collateralsiasis theory.The deficiency of both vital energy and yin is the main etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis which is throughout the whole process of lung cancer. Yang asthenia is a key of the asthenia of the healthy energy which relates to the production and development of state of evil domination in lung cancer. The phlegm and congestion is the main pathology phenotype of the lung cancer which are also the etiological factor of the endopenia of the healthy energy.And they cause the entrails function to be out of balance.A characteristic etiological factor of the m alignant tumor is the cancer poison. The insidious pathogenic factors is considered as the main cancer pathogenesis conditions which can induce the normal cell under the specific conditions of canceration.In addition,the function disorder of the three-dimensional network system constructed by the collaterals is not allow to neglect. 　　Keywords:Lung cancer；etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis；traditional Chin
