增强免疫速率法和免疫比浊法测定超敏C反应蛋白临床灵敏性比较 　　[摘要] 目的 比较增强免疫速率法和免疫比浊法在测定血浆中超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）的灵敏性的差异，以及hsCRP水平的变化在感染患者中的临床应用。 方法 将本院收治的60例急性感染患者列为感染组，选择60例健康成人为对照组。采用增强免疫速率法和免疫比浊法同时测定两组的血浆hsCRP。 结果 增强免疫速率法与免疫比浊法测定hsCRP的阳性率分别为79.87%和76.99%，两者差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05；感染组血浆hsCRP水平明显高于对照组（P ＜0.01）。 结论 增强免疫速率法和免疫比浊法在测定血浆中hsCRP的灵敏性无显著差异；hsCRP水平的变化在感染患者中明显升高，对感染性疾病的判断有临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] C反应蛋白；维持性血液透析；免疫比浊法；心室功能 　　[中图分类号] R445 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）03（c）-0080-02 　　 　　The comparison of enhanced immune-rate method and immune turbidimetric method for measuring high-sensitivity C-reaction protein 　　PENG Huachun 　　The Forth Peoples Hospital of Qidong County (Hongqiao Town Hospital of Qidong County) in Hunan Province, Qidong 421600, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the enhanced immune-rate method and immune turbidimetric method for measuring high-sensitivity C-reaction protein (hsCRP) and the clinical value of hsCRP in acute infection patients. Methods Both of the methods mentioned above were used for measuring the level of hsCRP at the same time in the 120 cases of patients, which included 60 cases of infection and 60 healthy adults. Results The positive rate of enhanced immune-rate method and immune turbidimetric method were 79.87% and 76.99% respectively and there was no significant difference between the two methods (P ＞ 0.05). The level of hsCRP in the infectious group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion The sensitivity of the two methods for measuring the hsCRP was consistent.
