定心胶囊对房颤大鼠心房电重构影响 　　摘 要：目的:探讨定心胶囊对房颤大鼠心房电重构的影响，揭示益气养阴活血中药预防和治疗房颤的作用机理。方法:采用氯化钙-乙酰胆碱混合液以鼠尾静脉给药的方式建立房颤的动物模型。筛选具有典型房颤心电图表现的大鼠30只，随机分为房颤模型组、定心胶囊治疗组、维拉帕米对照组、正常对照组，共4组。定心胶囊治疗组、维拉帕米对照组给药治疗。4周后,测定各组大鼠心肌组织Ca2+-ATP酶基因表达、L-型钙通道基因表达及心肌组织超微结构的变化。结果:模型组与正常组比较，心肌组织中Ca2+-ATP酶基因表达与L-型钙通道(LTCC)mRNA基因表达明显下降(P＜0.05)。定心胶囊治疗组、维拉帕米对照组与模型组比较，能明显升高房颤大鼠心肌组织中Ca2+-ATP酶基因表达和L-型钙通道(LTCC)mRNA基因表达(P＜0.05)。定心胶囊治疗组与维拉帕米对照组对房颤大鼠心肌组织Ca2+-ATP酶及L-型钙通道(LTCC)mRNA基因表达的改善程度相比，定心胶囊治疗组的疗效优于维拉帕米对照组(P＜0.05)。同时，模型组与正常组比较，心肌组织超微结构有严重损伤，定心胶囊治疗组和维拉帕米对照组对心肌组织超微结构改善明显，其中尤以中药组突出。结论:定心胶囊能够明显改善房颤大鼠钙超载引发的心房电重构。从而预防和治疗了房颤的发生。说明了益气养阴活血中药对房颤的预防与治疗有着广阔的前景。? 　　关键词：定心胶囊；房颤；心房电重构 　　中图分类号：R285.5文献标识码：A 　　文章编号：1673-7717(2008)05-0981-03? 　　The Effectment of Dingxin Capsule for Atrial Electrical Remodeling of AF Rats 　　?? 　　ZHANG Rui?yu?1,ZHANG Yan?2,WANG Yan?xia?3,LIU Shi?bo?3? 　　(1.Shenyang Huanggu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shenyang 110032,Liaoning,China；? 　　2.The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Trditional Chinese Medicine,Shenyang 110032,Liaoning,China；? 　　3.Liaoning University of Trditional Chinese Medicine,Shenyang 110032,Liaoning,China)? 　　Abstract:Objective:The aim of this study is to develop the effective therapy on Dingxin capsule for atrial electrical remodeling of Atrial fibrillation.To reveal the mechanism of Chinese medicine with the effects of nourishing Qi and Yin and activating blood in the prevention and treatment of AF.Methods: 40 rats were randomized to 4 groups: normal group, model group, Dingxin capsule curatio group,Verpamil intervention group.
