幽门螺杆菌和血清CEA检测在胃癌诊断中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌和血清CEA联合检测在胃癌诊断中的应用价值。 方法 以2010年3月~2011年3月36例胃癌患者为观察组和36例正常患者为对照组。用幽门螺杆菌HE染色和抗体检测两组胃黏膜组织中幽门螺杆菌感染情况；用电化学发光法（ECL）检测两组血清CEA表达水平。 结果 观察组幽门螺杆菌HE染色、抗体检测阳性率、血清CEA阳性率分别为83.33%、88.89%、58.33%，显著高于对照组（P ＜ 0.01）。 结论 联合检测血清CEA和幽门螺杆菌可应用于胃癌的检测，可在临床广泛应用。 　　[关键词] 胃癌；癌胚抗原；幽门螺杆菌；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）02（c）-0094-02 　　 　　Helicobacter pylori and serum CEA testing in the diagnosis of gastric cancer 　　XIONG Yongping 　　Zhangjiajie City Second Peoples Hospital in Hunan Province, Zhangjiajie 427300, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the combined detection of Helicobacter pylori and serum CEA in the diagnosis of gastric cancer in the application. Methods From March 2010 to March 2011, 36 cases of gastric cancer patients was in the observation group and 36 cases of normal control group patients. With HE staining, and Helicobacter pylori antibodies were detected in the gastric mucosa of Helicobacter pylori infection; electricity chemiluminescence (ECL) expression levels were detected in serum CEA. Results The Helicobacter pylori HE staining, antibody positive rate of serum CEA-positive rate was 83.33%, 88.89%, 58.33%, that was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion Combined detection of serum CEA and Helicobacter pylori testing can be applied to the detection of gastric cancer, and it can be widely used in clinical practice . 　　[Key words] Gastric cancer; CEA; Helicobacter pylori; Diagnosis 　　 　　本院自2010年3月~2011年3月共接收36例胃癌确诊病例，在诊断过程中分别对患者胃黏膜组织的幽门螺杆菌进行检测和血清中的癌胚抗原（CEA）表达水平进行检测。现以36例未患胃癌且在本院接受常规体检患者为对照组。总结检测结果如下： 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选择本院2010年3月~2011年3月期间36例胃癌患者为观察组，平均年龄55岁，其中，男21例，女15例。同时随机抽??来本院接受常规体检且自愿接受研究检查的未患胃癌者36例，平均年龄为54岁，其中，男22例，女14例。两组研究对象性别比，年龄差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05），具有可比性。 　　1.2 采集方法 　　所有患者均于清晨空腹抽取外周静脉血4 mL，分离后取血清，-20℃保存待测。 　　1.3 幽门螺杆菌检测 　　HE染色：取所有患者黏膜组织标本，均经10%福尔马林固定，常规脱水，石蜡包埋，切片厚度为4 μm厚连续冷冻切片，进行HE染色，用100倍，200倍的光镜进行病理观察。若切片HE染色Hp结果为蓝色，则可确认有幽门螺杆菌感染。统计两组HE染色阳性率。 　　血清
