护士对灾难护理认知、需求现状分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解护士对灾难护理的认知、需求现状并制定相应对策。方法 采用自行设计的“问卷调查表”，对医院200名护士进行问卷调查。结果 近40%的护士对灾难护理缺少科学系统的认知，缺乏正确获取灾难救援知识的途径，通过学校教育和继续教育认识灾难护理的只有27.0%，认为护理工作与灾难救援有联系的为64.5%，90.0%的护士都认为有必要提高我国现有的灾难救援水平，77.0%的护士具有主动学习灾难护理知识的积极意愿。结论 帮助护士树立现代医学的救援理念，重视对护生的灾难护理教育，加强在职护士的继续教育培训，普及救援知识，不断提高应对突发灾难的处理能力，真正体现护理带给人类和社会的价值。 　　[关键词] 灾难护理； 认知； 需求； 分析 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1005-0515（2012）-02-018-02 　　 　　Analysis the Investigation for the Knowledge of the Nurses about Disaster Nursing and its Current Demanding Situation 　　Zhang Hongyun1 Liu Xiaoyun2 　　(1The Medical School of Chengdu University；2 Secondary Vocational School of Chengdu University，Sichuan，Chengdu，610106) 　　[Abstract] Objective Assess the knowledge of the nurse for disaster nursing and current demanding situation, at the same time draw up a countermeasure. Methods Usethe questionnaire to investigate 200 nurses from the hospital. Results About 40% nurses are lack of systematic knowledge of disaster nursing, lack of the correct way to obtain the knowledge of the disaster rescue, from the school education and the secondary education, only 27.0% can gain the knowledge of disaster nursing,while 64.5% nurses think that nursing is related to disaster rescue.90.0% of the nurses think that it is necessary to improve the present level of disaster rescue.77.0% of nurses are willing to learn disaster nursing in active way.
