参 Apostichopus japonicus 对不同食物组分的吸收效率。实验共分 6 个饲料处理组,鱼粉添加量分别为 0(A 组)、2%(B 组)、5%(C 组)、10%(D 组)、15%(E 组)、20%(F 组)。实验过程中,分别于初始时间,1 周,2 周,4 周,8 周,12 周采集刺参样 品,测定刺参的特定生长率、稳定同位素 13C/12C、15N/14N 值以及消化酶活性。 结果显示:D 组刺参的特定生长率最高,且与 C 组无显著差异(P0.05),F 组 显著低于其它组(P0.05);D 组鱼粉对刺参食物贡献率最高,显著高于其它组(P0.05);消化酶活性方面,蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性均为 C 组最高,且在饲养过 程中,蛋白酶活性一直呈上升趋势,而淀粉酶活性则是先下降后上升。由刺参生 长、鱼粉食物贡献率以及消化酶活性综合考虑,鱼粉添加量在 5%~10%范围内最 利于刺参生长。关键词:刺参;体重;蛋白;营养盐收支 ;消化酶Effects of different diets on the growth, activities of digestive enzymes and nutrient budgets of Sea Cucumber (Apostichopusjaponicus)AbstractThe present study investigated budgets of the C, N, P nutrients of sea cucumber with different body sizes feeding on different diets with various protein levels which were obtained bymeans of addition of six proportions of fishmeal (0、2%、5%、10%、15%、20%). The specificgrowth rate (SGR) and,digestive enzyme activities were tested and the contributions of different food components in the feed were examined using stable isotope analysis under different diet conditions. The main results are summarized as followed:1. Study on the C, N, P nutrient budgets of the sea cucumber with different bodysizes:The study was conducted to explore the relationship between the C、N、P nutrient budgets of the sea cucumber and the body sizes. Sea cucumbers with 4 different body weight, 2.11 ± 0.56g,5.24 ± 0.43g, 10.21 ± 1.02g and 15.09± 1.29g were used in the present experiment. The results showed that the C、N、P nutrient budgets was related to the body weight of sea cucumber significantly. The oxygen consumption rate (OCR), ammonium excretion rate (AER) andphosphorus excretion rate (PER) increased with the increasing body weights of sea cucumber while the oxygen consumption rate (OCR), ammonium excretion rate (AER), phosphorus excretionrate (PER) and scope for growth (SFG) of C、N、P nutrients per unit body weight decreased withthe increasing body weights.2Study on the effects of different protein contents in the feed on the C, N,
