哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文AbstractIndicatingmicrometerisakindofgeneralmetrologytool.Throughinnerleverofsupport,transmissionandmagnificationofgearmechanism,themicrometerchangeslineardisplacementofmovableanvilintoangulardisplacementofpointer.Valuecanbereadonscaledisc.Indicatingmicrometerisusedforabsolutemeasurementandrelativemeasurement.Becauseofsimpleoperation,convenientreading,nospecialrequirementofenvironment,itiswidelyusedorcheckingofouterdimensionsofaxesproducts.AccordingtothestipulationsinGBstandardindicatingmicrometer,number:GB/T8601-2000,andJJGruleindicationmicrometerindicatingcalipergauge,number:JJG26-2001.Thisthesisdesignsanddevelopsaleft-handedmechanicalindicatingmicrometerwith0.001mmgraduatingvalue,(0～25)mmand(25～50)mmmeasuringrange.Thedesignanddevelopmentincludesprincipledesign,accuracydesign,structuredesign,measurementchaindesign,analysisofindicationerrorandadjustmentofindicationerror.Establisheduniformmathematicmodelonthebasisoftheanalysisandtestingofdesignprecisionforexisting0.01and0.001mmdialindicationsnowaccordingtotheprincipleoferrorindependentactionbymethodsofapplicationactionline-instantaneousarms,analysisofharmonicwaveanddifferentialduringtheprocessofthedesign.Appliedthemathematicmodeltoinstructthedesignofprecisionforindicatingmicrometers.Withreferencetomathematicmodel,relevantovercomemethodswhichinfluencedontheimportantfactorsofindicationforindicatingmicrometershavebeendrawnup,suchaswithredjewelattheplaceofmovinganvilandmachine-corecontact,increasedthemechanismofadjustingzeroposition,setdoubleeccentricmechanismusedforadjustingindicationandreducedsineerrorsresultedfromthegear,etc.Theexperimentisshowedthatitiscorrectandreasonableforthedesignofprecisionandadoptedmeans.Designed哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文indicatingmicrometershavereachinternationalrequeststhroughthelastsamplesinspectionandachievedthedesiredresultKeywordsindicatingmicrometer,principleerror,originalerror,independenteffectprincipleoferror,magnification哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文目录摘要…………………………………………………………………………………..ⅠAbstra
