And also making a detailed description of the problem for national tourism employment in Womens theoretical background.The third part is the analysis for the national needs of women in the region of tourism employment, this part described the development of tourism employment firstly, Secondly, specific on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of employment for women in the region of our countrys national tourism demand, focus on clarifying the uniqueness of tourism employment of women in the ethnic regions of china.The fourth part takes the ancient city of Li Jiang in Yunnan province as a case, comprehensive exposition the status of women in tourism employment of minority areas, analyzed the characteristics of female labor supply on the tourism market, and has analyzed the impact of participation by women in minority areas in the development of the tourism industry.The fifth section focuses on a series of problems which are generated by women in minority areas in tourism employment, and to improve the employment environment for women in ethnic minority areas as a starting point, also puts some advices to improve the employment problems of women travel.Finally, in the conclusion part, through understanding of the travel employment of women in minority areas cause, obtaining the results that the s first thing to solve the problem of employment of women must improve womens educational and cultural level.
