裴氏升血颗粒对荷 裴氏升血颗粒对荷 H22 瘤小鼠血清 EGF 和 IL-1 的影响 PAGE PAGE 10 中 文 摘 要 目的：通过观察裴氏升血颗粒（PG）对荷 H22 瘤小鼠血清 EGF 和 IL-1 的影响，探 讨裴氏升血颗粒对荷瘤小鼠免疫系统的调节作用以及对肿瘤的抑制作用。 方法：通过小鼠右前腋部皮下接种法，建立荷 H22 瘤小鼠模型，观察 PG 对小鼠肿 瘤的抑制作用，用 ELISA 法测定小鼠血清中表皮生长因子（EGF）的浓度，用放射免疫 法检测小鼠血清中白介素 1（IL-1）的浓度。 结果： 1.裴氏升血颗粒大、中、小剂量组 的平均瘤重均 低于模型组， 分别为 1.708±0.396g，1.623±0.365g，1.808±0.462g，与模型组比较均有统计学意义(P0.05)， 抑瘤率分别为 32.1%、35.5%和 28.1%；2. 裴氏升血颗粒大、中、小剂量组荷瘤小鼠的 胸腺指数（TI）、脾脏指数（SI）均高于模型组，其中中、大剂量组 TI 分别为 38.7±9.8 mg/10g、36.5±9.2mg/10g，较模型组分别增长 37.2%、29.2%，与模型组比较均有统计学 意义（P0.05）；中剂量组 SI 为 70.5±19.0mg/10g，较模型组增长 29.9%，与模型组比较 有统计学意义（P0.05）；3. 裴氏升血颗粒大、中、小剂量组 EGF 的浓度均较模型组 降低，其中中剂量组 EGF 的浓度为 6.377± 2.414ng/ml，与模型组比较有统计学意义 （P0.05）；4. 裴氏升血颗粒大、中、小剂量组 IL-1 的浓度均较模型组降低，其中中、 大剂量组 IL-1 的浓度分别为 0.099± 0.028ng/ml、0.078±0.027ng/ml，与模型组比较均有 统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论：裴氏升血颗粒可增加荷 H22 瘤小鼠的胸腺、脾脏的重量，抑制 EGF 的生成 和 IL-1 的分泌，从而起到抗肿瘤的作用。 关键词：裴氏升血颗粒（PG）；H22（肝癌）；IL-1；EGF；免疫功能 ABSTRACT Objective：Observe Peishishengxue Granule (PG)’s effect on the Epidermal Growth Factor and Interleukin-1 of serum in H22 Tumor-bearing Mice, the thesis had explored PG’s functions of accommodating the Tumor-bearing Mice’s immune system and inhibiting the mice’s tumor tissue. Methods ：Through the subcutaneous inoculation of mice right anterior axillary and the establishment of the model of H22 tumor-bearing mice, we observed the inhibitory effect of PG on tumor in mice and detected the concentration of EGF by ELISA and the concentration of IL-1 by RIA. Results: 1.The inhibition rate of the tumor were higher in PG groups than that in model group especially when it was remarkably higher in medium dose group (P0.05); 2. The TI and SI were inc reased in PG groups. The medium and high dose groups were both significantly increased (P0.05). The SI in medium dose group was significantly increased (P0.05); 3.
