摘要当今社会,教育与科技已成为国家发展的两大主题,高校的角色越发显得重 要。高校不仅是社会的研发中心,同时也是社会的缩影。高校后勤虽然不是大学 的台柱子,但它与教学科研的关系就像是鸡蛋壳与蛋黄和蛋清的关系,虽然不是 主体却也绝不能成为一块制约发展的短板。社会发展到一定程度,必然需要有一 批国际知名有特色的一流大学,但是,目前我国高校后勤人员组成结构复杂,相 对层次较低,覆盖了“草根”、“蚁族”、“农民工”等底层社会的缩影。如何带领 这支队伍搞好中国最优秀、最有潜质的未来之星的后勤保障服务,建设相配套的 新型后勤保障体系是本文要解决的核心问题。本文通过将国际先进的管理理论与成功经验接地气地运用到我国高校后勤 部门,并将后勤改革最前沿的实战经验和设想进行查摆,通过进一步的精细化管 理,让制度在实际工作中生根,让理论与模型在实践中不断完善,逐步完善构建 高校后勤相关岗位人员的绩效管理体系,力争实现让后勤员工更体面地工作,工 作更有希望、更有成就感,让中华民族的复兴之路没有死角。关键词:绩效管理,关键业绩指标,高校后勤AbstractIn todays society, as education and science technology became the two major themes of the nations development, the role of colleges and universities became more and more important. Colleges and universities are not only the research and development center, they are also the microcosm of our society. Although logistics group is not the backbone and pillar of colleges and universities, its relations with teaching and scientific research is just like the egg shells relationship with egg yolk and egg white. Although its not a subject, it could never become a short board to hinder the whole development of universities. The society needs to have a batch of internationally renowned distinctive universities as it develops to a certain extent. At present, the logistics personnel structure of our countrys universities is very complex, and its relative level is very low. It covers the underclass of our society, like grassroots, ant tribes, migrant workers, etc. So, how to lead this team to provide better logistics services and construct a new logistics guarantee system is the main problem of this paper to solve.This paper applied the international advanced management theory and successful experience to the logistics department in our coutrys colleges and universities, and researched the forefront of actual experiences and ideas in the logistics reform. Through further refinement of management, this paper improved theories and models in practice and constructed the performance management system of college logistics r
