高校社科学报“名栏工程”分析-analysis of
摘要摘 要高校社科学报是高校学术科研成果展示的平台,具有交流学术思想、传播先进文化 等多种功能。我国高校学报从 1906 年的《东吴月刊》发展至今,已有一百余年历史, 悠久的发展进程给我们留下了宝贵的知识财富和智慧思想,但同时也存在着许多亟待解 决的问题。鉴于此,教育部于 2003 年和 2004 年分别提出“名刊工程”与“名栏工程” 的实施方案,目的是为解决目前我国高校学报“全、小、散、弱”的现状,实现将学报 做大做强、打造成“国内一流、国际知名”的宏伟目标。本文主要通过文献分析法、内容分析法、对比分析法等方法,以入选“名栏工程” 的 40 个学报名栏为研究对象,对其发展现状、学术影响力、编辑出版效益、编辑传播 特色进行调查与分析,系统梳理我国高校社科学报的发展历史,整合并剖析现状,以量 化的统计分析作为研究结论的重要支撑。作为一项具有明确的建设目标、清晰的建设进 程和突出的建设意义的重大战略工程,“名刊”与“名栏”工程产生了广泛的社会影响 和良好的示范导向作用,名栏学报的栏目设置特色鲜明,栏目名称趋向细化多样,学术 影响力在被评为名栏之后有了显著提升。同时,不仅高校与学报、栏目之间相互促进, 还有学报与栏目的彼此影响,名刊与名栏还明显带动了一大批非名校的学报和特色栏目 的发展,使之入选名刊或名栏,获得了学界和社会的关注和一致好评。通过分析研究结论,本文为我国高校社科学报未来的发展提出了若干针对性的建议, 只有坚持质量为王、创新传播策略、提高编辑学术职业素养、实现多平台合作、专业化 转型等多种措施共同实施,融合多方力量一齐努力,才能为我国高校社科学报创造一个 美好的明天,早日实现“专、特、大、强”的战略目标。关键词 高校社科学报 名栏工程 学术影响力 编辑出版效益 编辑传播特色AbstractAbstractThe college social science journals provide a platform to present the academic achievements in the universities and they have multiple functions such as exchanging academic ideas and spreading advanced culture. China’s university journal could date back to over 100 years ago when Dongwu Monthly was founded in 1906. The long history has left us valuable intellectual property and wisdom and ideas. However, in the meantime, many problems still remain to be solved. In view of this, the Ministry of Education has successively initiated the Famous Brand Column Project and Famous Brand Publication Project in 2003 and 2004 in order to improve our university journals which are now still “over-inclusive, small, loosely-correlated and weak”, and enable these journals to continue growing and become stronger, thus realizing the grand objective of developing them into a domestic first-class and world famous brand.In this study, document analysis, content analysis and contrastive analysis are used to investigate and analyze the 40 journals selected in the Famous Brand Column Project in terms of their development status, academic influence, editing and publishing efficiency and editing and communication features.
