摘要目前对于学生干部角色的研究主要集中在教育管理和学生培养两个角度，研究当今学生干 部角色上出现的问题。本文是对当前高校学生会中学生干部角色扮演情况进行研究。本文以南 京某省属高校为个案，将学生干部角色操作化为三个维度，从高校学生干部在竞争过程中的角 色、参与学校管理过程中的角色、在人际关系处理过程中的角色三个方面进行研究。研究结果 表明，今天的学生干部角色和我们传统意义上的学生干部角色有了一定的改变，其在角色扮演 的过程中越来越多的受到社会的影响。大学，作为大学生社会化过程中一个至关重要的阶段， 一方面，给予了学生们进一步接近社会、了解社会、融入社会的机会；另一方面，受到社会风 气、文化改变的冲击，大学不再是单纯的供大学生学习生活的地方，高校学生干部角色异化现 象确实存在，部分学生干部或以权谋私，或颐指气使。身处大学学生会中的学生干部，他们在 角色扮演及社会化过程中所出现的问题实际上反映的是我们的社会在发展过程中存在的问题。 关键词：学生干部，角色，社会化iABSTRACTNowadays, the researches for student cadres’ characters are mainly about problems of student cadres’ characters through the angle of education management and training of the students. This paper is based on the student cadres’ characters in universities during these years and takes a provincial university in Nanjing as an example. I divide the character into three parts which include university management, competition, interpersonal relationship. This paper finds out that today’s student cadres’ characters are different from what we thought in mind and the student cadres’ characters are influenced by the society increasingly. The university, as the most important stage to the teenagers, in one hand, gives the students chances to get closer to the society, and in the other hand, impacted by the general mood of society and the change of culture, the university is no longer a pure place for study. The heterization of the student cadres exists. Some of them abuse their power to seek personal gains, and some of them are bossy to others.
