摘要摘要高校后勤学生公寓管理面对大量的学生数据信息，要简化繁琐的工作模式，使管理更趋合理化和科学化，就必须运用计算机管理信息系统。以节省大量的人力和物力，避免大量重复性的工作。金华职业技术学院下辖13个二级学院，有20000多名学生，住宿分布在学院三大社区——学士苑、龙川苑、桃李楼。共有16幢公寓楼，约2500多间寝室。目前基本采用传统的管理形式，仅用MicrosoftofficeExcel对原始信息通过人工采入的形式进行管理，很难及时、准确、全面地了解学生公寓入住情况及设施、设备的使用情况，管理效率非常低，学生公寓管理滞后于整个学校的发展。学生寝管中心及各相关部门迫切希望能够拥有操作简单、使用方便的管理软件，因此，在与他们进行多次研究论证后，决定采用C/S模式作为开发模式，用VisualBasic6结合SQLServer2000，开发金职院学生公寓管理信息系统。从根本上改变目前不够规范、传统的管理模式，提高管理效率；减轻管理人员的劳动强度和工作量，实施对公寓的标准化和科学化管理。本论文做的主要工作包括：一是了解、查阅、搜集国内外高校学生公寓管理的现状、特点及发展趋势，分析金职院学生公寓信息化管理的必要性及可行性；二是管理系统需求进行和论证，明确金职院学生公寓管理信息系统设计和功能开发的目标、框架、结构；三是在学生寝管中心相关人员参与下，完成对金职院学生公寓管理信息系统的开发和测试。并在此基础上完成论文编写。金职院学生公寓管理信息系统实现了数据的添加、删除、查询、浏览、报表打印等功能，以此达到智能化管理的目的。功能包括系统用户管理、住宿管理、设备管理、水电管理、财务管理、人力资源管理、公寓文化建设管理等。系统的设计包括数据库表的设计和各功能模块的设计，其中学生住宿管理是一个重点。系统能满足金职院学生公寓管理工作方面的基本要求。操作方便，适合金职院学生公寓管理的使用。是一个独立运行的信息管理系统。有利于金职院学生公寓管理效率的提高。关键词：学生公寓，C/S模式，管理信息系统，数据ABSTRACTABSTRACTHousingservicemanagementisatoughissueforfacingalargenumberofstudentdata.Inordertoavoidalargenumberofrepetitivework,itisnecessarytotaketheadvantageofMIStosimplifythecomplicatedmodeofoperationandmanagement.JinhuaVocationalTechnicalCollegehas13secondarycollegesandmorethan20,000residentialstudents,locatedinthethreemajorcommunities-XueshiYuan,LongchuanYuanandTaoliLou,withatotalnumberof16buildingsandabout2,500bedrooms.Atpresent,MicrosoftofficeExcelhasbeenadoptedintheformofmanagement.Obviously,itisdifficulttogetaccurateandcomprehensiveunderstandingofthestudentslivingcondition.Thehousingservicemanagementisfarbehindthemanagementoftheentireschool.Inordertoimprovethecurrentsituation,ahousingserviceMIS,whichbasedonVB+SQL2000+C/Smodel,hasbeenrequired,aimingatchangingthetraditionalmanagementstyle,improvingmanagementefficiency,reducinglaborintensityandstandardizingtheimplementationofhousingservices.Basedontheprimarydiscussionandresearch,thesystemfeaturesincludeusermanagement,accommodationmanagement,equipmentmanagement,billingmanagement,humanresourcesmanagement,andapartmentbuildingmanagement.Themainthesisinthispaperinclude:Firsto
