AbstractWiththedevelopmentofthepopularizationofhighereducation,theuniversityteachers’welcomedunprecedenteddevelopmentopportunity,alsothepressuresandstressesaregrowinghigherandhigher.Especiallyintheresearchuniversities,teachers’sufferedhugepsychologicalpressuresbecausenotonlythehighdegreeteachingbutalsothehighdegreeresearch.ThispaperadoptedthequalitativeresearchapproachtoanalysisthesourcesandsignsofpressuresputonteachersinHUniversity.ByanalysisthedatafromBYHHBBSwecanget403postsasoriginaldata,fromwhichwegeneralizethesourceandsignsofpressuresputonteachersinHUniversity.Theresultsindicatethatthereweretwokindsofsources,externalandinternalinHUniversity.Themajorexternalsourcesofstressincludescientificresearch,thereformofthecadreandpersonnelsystem,continuingeducation,interpersonalrelationships,housingconditions,compensationandbenefits,logisticalsupport,andsoon.Andhousingconditionsstressincludeshousingallowance,poorconditions,constructionofhousingapartmentsandsoon.Themajorinternalsourcesofstressincludepersonalityfactors,errorcognitivemodes,expectedtoomuchandsoon.ThesignsofstressonHuniversityteachersincludethreesub-healthaspectsuchasphysical,psychologicalandbehaviors.Theprominentrepresentationincludefatigueseasily,dizzinessinsomnia,memorydecline,depression,worry,occupationtiredandamongothers.Toalleviatethestrain,variouslevelsofgovernmentsshouldrealizedtheuniversityteachersplayimportantrolesinsocialprogressandeducation,andtheuniversitiesshouldcreatedmorepersonalizedenvironmentofteachers’development,builtareasonableevaluatesystematicandmanagementsystem.Upgradethestatusandimageofteachers.Atthesametime,theteachersshouldworkinghardtoequipthemselvestoimprovetheirpsychologicalqualityandpromoteprofessionallevel.Keywords:CollegeteachersSourcesofstressSignsofstress目录摘要··········································································································································································IAbstract···········································
