高校学生评教体系研究——以河北省 A 高校为例中文摘要伴随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段且进程的不断加快,虽然高校扩招给我 们带来明显的社会效益和经济效益,但是高等教育却面临着教育质量下滑的风 险。如何在规模持续发展的同时切实提高教育质量,培养出社会需要的高素质的 人才,已成为教育界共同关注的热点问题。鉴于评价对确保教育质量的非凡意义, 各国高校都开展了各式各样的教学评价活动。而学生评教作为其重要的组成部分 之一,正被广泛地接受和应用。该主题的相关研究也逐渐进入越来越多教育研究 者和管理者的视野。通过对国内外相关文献的归纳整理,本文以河北省 A 高校为研究对象,通过 对 A 高校学生评教资料的收集整理以及对 A 高校作为评教主体的学校管理者、教 师和学生进行访谈,在掌握一手资料的基础上,站在学校管理者的角度,了解学 生评教体系的现状,发现在学生评教体系中存在的问题,针对存在的具体问题为 高校学生评教工作提出对策和建议。经研究,A 高校学生评教工作存在的主要问题如下:评价指标题目设计科学 性不足;评教目的不够明确;评教时间不合理;学生评教的宣传引导不足;评教 结果的反馈不到位;学生评教结果未充分发挥作用。针对上述问题,为提高广大 师生对学生评教工作的认可度,充分发挥其作用,建议如下:学生评教的评价指 标设计要科学化;评教主体要明确评教的目的,增强评教主体的责任意识;合理 安排评教时间;加强学生评教前期的宣传教育;建立及时、双向的反馈机制;充 分合理利用评教结果。关键词:高校学生评教,评教指标,评教组织管理,评教结果IThe Study on College Students evaluation of teaching system——Taking a college in hebei for exampleABSTRACTWith the continuous progress of the massification of china s higher education, college enrollment has brought us signification and economic benefits,but also faces the downside risks to the quality.Under the background of the scale sustainable development,improving the quality of teaching and training higher-quality talent has become the hot issue in the education sector.In view of the significance of education quality,national universities have carried out a wide variety of teaching evaluation activities.As one of the most important parts,student evaluation of teaching is widely accepted and applied.The subject has also been the concern of an increasing number of higher education researching and managers.Through the induction of related literature,In this issue,A college in Hebei as the research object,according to collecting the information of the student evaluation and interviewing the administrators,teachers and students as the teaching bodies,based on mastering the first-hand data,standing in the angle of school administrators,understanding students evaluation of current education system, founding the problems existing in the teaching system of student evaluation, in order to give some suggestions to im
