AbstractThe optoelectronic industry is an important component of the high-techindustries, it is one of the focuses in the tomorrow’s high-tech industries’ competition.The development of the optoelectronic industry in high speed influences and forces the the world’s economy and society,and effectively changed competitive situation of world. The optoelectronic industry includes optoelectronic material industry, optics equipment industry, optoelectronic information industry, optoelectronic correspondence industry and laser industry.The‘Wuhan·China Optoelectronic Valley’ is one of the earliest optoelectronic industry base admitted by our country.Wuhan optoelectronic industry mostly centralizes the eastlake high park. In correspondence field, the eastlake high park plays the most important role of China;in laser field, the eastlake high park is the one of the three laser base of China. Optoelectronic industry is one of the most active industry of Wuhan and effectively drives the wuhan economy development.Although wuhan optoelectronic industry have already plays improtant role,it also has obvious deficiency.Fistly,the whole scope is a little small,and lacks big firm;secondly, the optoelectronic industy chain is short,the drive of upriver firm is limited;thirdly,the autochthonic production net has not establish, which encumbrances the improvement of the whole competition level.so it is very essential to research the situation and circumstance of wuhan optoelectronic industry,and put forward beneficial policy suggestion.Keywords: Wuhanoptoelectronic industrystratagem management industial clusters目录摘要...............................................................................................................
