AbstractFor the past 30 years, China?s urban construction has advanced rapidly, and more and more suburb residential areas have gradually become part of cities — Urban village.Urban village is bad for urban planning and management, and has caused a series of problems for economic and social development and environmental protection. Although Urban village renovation is getting more and more pressing, how to properly resettle the Land-deprived peasants has become a critical problem.Since the 1980s, coastal cities in our country were starting to study reserved industrial land policy to help ensure the Land-deprived peasants of a good living. Based on the purpose of the reserved industrial land, this paper has done a research into the land policy of Wuhan. Through field investigation in Fenghuo Village of Hongshan district and Baiqiao Village of Huangpi district, this paper will discuss several problems of the policy and the causes, and finally put forward the suitable policy for reserved industrial land.This paper consists of five parts:The first chapter is preface. It briefly introduced the selected topic background, research mentality, structure frame and research method.The second chapter mainly introduced the study theory about reserved industrial land .The third chapter mainly introduced the actuality of reserved industrial land policy in WuHan. According to the status investigated of Fenghuo Village of Hongshan district and Baiqiao Village of Huangpo district to find the problem.The fourth chapter analysed the problems and reasons in reserved industrial land policy, base on the status investigated of Fenghuo Village of Hongshan district and Baiqiao Village of Huangpo district .The fifth chapter mainly introduced the suitable policy for reserved industrial land in WuHan. Through analyzed the reserved industrial land policy of several typical city to find out the suitable policy for WuHan city.Keywords: Land acquisition; Urban village renovation;Landless Farmers; I
