摘要 摘 要 I I 随着信息技术的发展、经济全球化以及市场环境变迁，企业为了降低成本、 提升核心竞争力，越来越重视外包活动，信息技术外包战略活动也愈演愈烈。由 于外包业务中双方信息的不对称、有限理性等原因，信息技术外包企业会面临许 多难以预测的风险，如果不能很好地评估并加以控制，企业不仅不能从外包中获 益，还有可能面临难以估量的损失。应此，对信息技术外包的风险进行系统分析 并构建评估模型，具有重要的理论价值实际意义。 本文首先对信息技术外包的相关文献进行回顾，说明了本论文研究的意义、 内容与方法；在已有研究成果的基础上，运用资源基础理论、资源依存理论、核 心能力理论、交易成本理论和委托——代理理论，系统分析信息技术外包风险的 成因，并从外包风险来源、外包主体和外包影响面三个角度对信息技术外包风险 进行了分类。 其次，构建了一个信息技术外包风险评估指标体系，在分析常见的风险评估 方法后，提出了一个运用德尔菲法、层次分析法和模糊数学改进的风险矩阵方法。 该方法首先借用原始风险矩阵中风险影响等级和风险发生概率的定义，运用德尔 菲法确定风险因素的影响等级和发生概率，用层次分析法和模糊数学对风险因素 的等级进行结集。 随后，介绍了安泰物流及其信息化基本情况，并分析了其信息技术外包现状， 将构建的信息技术风险评估模型运用到该企业的信息技术外包活动中，提出控制 其信息技术外包风险的相应对策。最后，对论文的主要结论进行归纳，总结出论 文的主要研究工作、局限性和今后需要进一步开展的工作。 本文的研究工作，为系统研究信息技术外包风险问题提供了科学基础，同时 也为管理者控制信息技术外包风险提供了依据。 关键词：信息技术；外包；风险评估；风险矩阵；安泰物流；对策 Abstract Abstract II II With the development of information technology, economic globalization and changes in market environment, enterprises pay more attention to information technology outsourcing to reduce costs and improve core competitiveness. Due to information asymmetry and bounded rationality, enterprises engaged in information technology outsourcing will meet many unforeseen risks. If the risk factors can not be assessed and managed properly, enterprises would suffer an inestimable loss instead of benefiting from the IT outsourcing. Therefore, it is meaningful to analyze risks of IT outsourcing systematically and to develop a risk assessment model. Firstly, literatures of information technology outsourcing are summarized to address the significance of the current research study. Contents and study methods are also shown in the present thesis. Based on the achievements in literature of outsourcing, this thesis systematically analyzes the causes of information technology outsourcing risk using resource based theory, resource dependency theory, core competence theory, transaction cost theory and agent theory. It also classifies the risk by outsourcing risk sources, outsourcing subjects and outsourcing’s effects. Secondly, an evaluation index
