摘 要
随着信息和互联网技术的日趋成熟以及大众对教育需求的不断增加,网络教育在 全国范围内已经取得了飞速的发展,并已逐渐成为一种重要的教育方式。网络教育是 信息技术最新成果在现代教育学思想的指导下对传统教育模式的革新,是一种全新的 教育模式,其最大优势便是教育资源的共享和重用。然而,在这种全新的教育模式下, 实验教学因其资源开发的特殊性成为了目前网络教学中的薄弱环节。高质量的实验教 学资源是保障网络实验教育实施效果的前提条件,虚拟实验资源的建设无疑推动了现 代网络教育质量的发展。面对网上各类实验资源,却缺乏一致的建设标准去规范和统 一,这使得实验资源的共享、管理、查找及使用都变得十分困难,而提高网络实验教 学资源的共享和复用的关键就是教育资源的标准化建设。
本研究立足于这一现实情况,参照近年来国内外网络教育通行标准,分析了国内 外在教育资源标准化方面的研究和应用现状,针对国内的虚拟实验应用现状,提出了 虚拟实验标准体系的设计和实现方案,论述了各个主要标准模块的设计思想,着重讨 论了基于学习对象元数据的虚拟实验构件元数据,并探讨了这一设计的应用模式。
通过本文提出的虚拟实验标准体系,可以实现平台和资源的高度共享及可扩展, 解决分布式的实验教学与现有的教学系统协同工作问题。利用研制的标准和规范,使 不同单位开发的虚拟实验模块和实验构件可以协同工作,从而提高网络实验教学资源 的共享性和复用性。

Abstract
With the information and Network technology has matured and the Public demand for education is on the increasing, the Web-based Education has achieved rapid development across the country, and has gradually become an important form of education. Web-based Education is the innovation to traditional education model under the guidance of modern education Thought, is a new mode of education, its greatest advantage is the sharing and reuse of educational resources. However, experimental teaching is the current weak link in the network teaching because of its specific resource development in this new educational model. High-quality Experimental teaching resources is a prerequisite for protect the implementation of the results of network experimental education; the building of Virtual Experiment Resources is undoubtedly promoted the quality development of the modern network education. Face the various types of experiments resources online, it just because of the lack of a consistent standard to regulate, which makes the resources of sharing, management, search and use are very difficult, while the key to improve the experimental resource sharing and reusing is the standardization of educational resources.
