Fabrication and Physical Properties of 1D Sb-based Alloy Nanowires ArrayABSTRACTIn recent years, the quasi one-dimensional (1D) nanostructure materials have become the forefront and hot spot of nanotechnology field, attracting wide attenti on. Because the one-dimensional nanomaterials are not only the ideal systems for the study of the size and dimensional effects of the physical properties , such as electron transfer, optical, and dynamics etc., but also have great application potentials in mesoscopic fileds and nano -device manufacturing. This paper mainly adopts direct-current or pulse electrochemical deposition technique, in combination with anodic alumina template (AAM) synthesis, to fabricate 1D nanowires array. T he studies are mainly focused on the controllable fabrication and physical property characterizationofNi5Sb2,InSbandAgSbTe2alloynanowiresarray,the investigation of how to obtain the ordered, size and structure -controllable nanowire arrays, and the exploration of electrochemical and optical properties of the arrays. The main content and originality of the paper are as follows.The fabrication of highly ordered porous AAMBy analyzing the factors that affect the degree of order, pore size and thickness of the AAM, we det ermined the optimal parameters of the preparation of template: For 0.3 mol/L sulfuric acid solution, the oxidation voltage is 25 V, the temperature is about 5 °C, and the oxidation time is 10 hours; For 0.3 mol / L oxalic acid solution, the oxidation voltage is 40 V, the temperature is about 5 °C, and the oxidation time is 16 hours.Fabrication and charge-discharge property of Ni5Sb2 nanowires arrayBy the direct-current electrodeposition technique, Ni5Sb2 nanowires array with a preferred orientation alo ng the [022] direction have been fabricated in the AAM.
