ABSTRACTManyoftheapplicationsnowadaysutilizethedigitalsignalprocessingtoresolvetheinformationdigitally,therefore,ADC’sfunctionisconvertinganalogsignalintodigitalsignal.InmanytypesofCMOSADCarchitectures,eachstageinpipelinedADCcanworktogetheratthesametimeastheflashADC,sopipelinedADCcannotonlydecreasecostsbutalsoachievehighspeedandhighaccuracy,nowadaysitsapplicationisverywide.Inthisthesis,aimingat8bitsand50MsamplingratepipelinedADC,thekeycircuitsandtheoverallperformanceareourresearchtask.Inthisthesiswemainlyresearchthefollowingseveralaspects:AftercomparingtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofcommonparallelADC,pipelinedADCismoreidealinreducingpowerdissipationandimprovingspeedandaccuracy,etc;Intheactualcircuit,nonidealityfactorsmayleadtogainerroranddisordererror,so1.5bits/Stagecomparatorcircuitwithdigitalerrorcorrectioncircuitisusedtocorrectdigitalcode;ThesystemarchitectureisdesignedandsimulatedfrombehaviorlevelbySimulink;Thekeycircuitsaredesignedandsimulated,includingOTA,CMFBandcomparator;Throughsimulationoncicuitlevelandsystemlevel,theperformanceparametersofsamplingandholdcircuitandtheentirepipelineADCaremaintained.ThisADCisdesignedonsystemarchitectureof8-bitand1.5bits/StagePipelinedADC.WiththeCMSCstandard0.5μmCMOSprocesstechnology,throughCadencesimulation,thedesignedisbasedon3.3Vsupplyvoltageand50MHzsamplingfrequency,at6.25MHzsineinput,thesamplingandholdcircuitandcomparatorcircuitcanachievetheirfunctionandattain50Msamplingrate.Throughsystemsimulation,the8-bitpiplinedADC’sSNRandSNDRare53.88dB,51.84dBrespectively,andtheENOBcanachieve8.32bits.Keywords:PipelineCMOSSamplingandholdOTADigitalerrorcorrection目录摘要.............................................................................................................IABSTRACT..................................................................................................II1绪论1.1研究背景与意义....................................................................................(1)1.2国内外研究概况.................................................
