AbstractSincethefirstHIV/AIDSappearedin1981intheUnitedStates,AIDShasrapidlyspreadworldwidequickly.Ithascausedahugeimpactonhumansurvival,socialstabilityandeconomicdevelopment.AIDSisoneofthebiggestthreatsinhumanhistory.Asoneofthebiggestpublichealthproblems,AIDShasbecomeathreattohumansurvivalandsocialdevelopment,whichneedstheeffortsofthehumanitytodealwith.SinceYunnansfirstreportedAIDScasein1987,thedevelopmentoftheAIDSepidemicinYunnanhasgonethroughthefollowingfourstages:theincomingphase,theproliferationphase,therapidgrowthphaseandthestablephase.Duringthisperiod,AIDSinternationalcooperationprojectsplayanimportantrole.Therefore,conscientiouslysumminguptheexperienceininternationalcooperationprojectsispropitiousforin-depthstudyofforeignadvancedpreventionconcepts,technicalmeasuresandmanagementexperience.Theprojectpurposeandsignificanceofthepaperis,toclearouttheAIDSinternationalcooperationprojectsYunnanparticipated,analyzetheroleinternationalcooperationprojectsinAIDSprevention,assesstheimpactofinternationalcooperationprojectsandsumupthelessonslearnedanddisadvantagesinvolvedintheprojects.Thespecificobjectivesareasfollows:（1）collectandcombAIDSinternationalcooperationprojectsYunnanparticipatedin,thenclassifiedandanalyzedthemfromdifferentviewssuchasthemainparticipantbodies,targetgroupsandprojectsponsors,andthensummarizedprojects’achievementsandexperiences;（2）thecombinationofpreviousanalysisforexposureininternationalcooperationprojectsinquestionforYunnanProvinceinthenewroundofAIDSActionrecommendationsonhowtobettertakeadvantageofinternationalcooperationprojects;（3）predicttheprospectsforinternationalcooperationonAIDSinYunnanandproposeseveralstrategiestopromoteIIIinternationalcooperationingovernance.BystudyingtheoverviewofAIDSinYunnanandAIDSinternationalcooperationprojects,includingresearchonrelevantpolicyplanning,workreports,researchpapersandothermaterials;carryoutfieldresearch,casestudiesandsurveysthroughinterviews,gatherrelevantinformationonAIDSinternationalcooperationprojectsinYu
