Hospital architectural design tasks become more arduous, and how to keep new development in science and technology rapidly changing situation and development trend of the hospital, is a question worthy of study and explore. 　　 　　引言 　　 　　因为世界范围内的高科技新医疗技术的发展呢是日新月异的,传统的医疗管理逐步被现代管理理念所更新。所以促使医疗建筑设计发生了很大的变化,这几年我们国家的医疗建筑层出不穷,但是实质变化不大,它环境改变了,装修标准提高了但是管理上整个设计方面还存在很多的问题。那么要达到医院建设的逐步现代???必须具备两方面,第一善于接受现代化管理新理念的领导决策层。我们知道我们过去在建筑界有这样的话,什么领导盖什么房子,往往医院的领导看不到这个医院往前发展的一个趋势,所以呢他老是往后看,看别人怎么样,我要学,那是五年前盖的房子,可是世界又进步了,所以在领导层是一个很主要的因素,医院的管理如果没有新意还是用老的管理方式的话这个医院的设计也不能很好的跟上去。第二套就是要有现代化的专业经验的设计队伍。因为这几年我们医院发展非常快,很多人对医疗建筑的并不是很清楚,它的专业性非常强,所以说呢,在设计的过程当中我们只是被别人牵着鼻子走,说到关键的是两个人,一个管理者一个设计者。所以这两者要结合起来。那么现在医院设计布局当中必须要和管理相结合,我们要和领导很好的进行沟通,跟业主,我们现在中国很多的大多数的国营医院都
