教师语言暴力探析中文摘要语言是人类交流与沟通的重要工具，是教育工作进行的不可或缺的工具，是 联接人们心灵的纽带。教育要真正以学生的和谐发展为价值取向，就要关注人的 完整性与个体性，维护学生的人格尊严，培养学生的良好道德人格，营造出有利 于个体发展生长的美好环境。教师是人类灵魂的工程师，是人类文明的传播者， 教师和谐、善良、文明的语言能够对学生的道德发展产生积极的促进作用。然而 近年来，“教师语言暴力”现象频发，严重危害了青少年的身心发展，已引起了 全社会的广泛关注。教师语言暴力看似比体罚更文明，但它带给学生的伤害甚至 比体罚更严重。因此，营造文明和谐的校园环境对学生的健康发展有着重要的促 进作用。当前学术界有关教师语言暴力的研究颇多，研究领域也十分广泛，涉及 教育、伦理学、心理、法律等方面。由于从应用语言学角度的研究还不多，因此 笔者试图从语言应用的角度对教师语言暴力的类型、成因、危害与对策进行初步 的探讨。论文分为四个部分进行论述：绪论部分对总结了教师语言暴力的国内外研究 现状，指出本文的研究设计及意义。第一章以教育学、心理学及语言学理论为基 础，提出教师语言暴力的理论假设；并通过对漯河市的两所中学进行的实地调查 从有声语言和无声语言的角度来印证其存在的普遍性与危害，总结了教师语言暴 力的特点。第二章深入分析阐释了教师语言暴力的主客观成因及危害，印证了教 师语言暴力给学生带来的负面影响。第三章从教育者、教育对象、环境和法律等 主客观层面，重点从探讨教师艺术批评语对教师语言暴力提出了规避策略。总之，本文的研究旨在启示教师及社会各界，要能够认识到自身担负的责任 和承担的义务，倡导教师学习使用教师艺术批评语，真正消除教师语言暴力，真 正做到为人师表，为社会培养真正的有用之才，不辜负全社会的期望。关键词：教师；语言暴力；语言艺术IAnalysis of Teachers Language Violence AbstractLanguage is an important tool of human communication and it is the essential tool of education work, at the same time, it is the link which connecting peoples minds. If education tries to use harmonious development of students as value orientation, it must focus on human integrity and individuality, maintaining dignity of students, developing the good moral character of students and creating a good environment for the development of individuals. Harmonious campus word environment plays an irreplaceable role for the healthy growth of young people. Teachers are engineers of human souls and the communicator of human civilization. The harmony, kindness, civilized language of teachers could positively impact on students’ development. Therefore, the language of teachers should be the harmoniousunification of truth, goodness and beauty.However ， in recent years, the Teacherlanguage violence issue has happened frequently, it serious harm to the physical and mental development of young people, which has caused widespread concern of the whole society. Teacher’s language violence seems more civilized than corporal punishment, even more subtle and difficult to detect, but
