摘要随着我国经济社会的发展，特别是高校国际化办学战略的实施，越来越多 的港澳台学生来境内高校求学。大部分高校能够针对港澳台学生的特点，实施 较为完善的人才培养方案，然而在港澳台学生教育管理过程中，却很少有高校 会关注港澳台学生的就业问题。而就业服务均等化则是解决各类问题的关键。本文立足福建省高校办学实际，在梳理相关文献的基础上，通过理论分析 和实证研究，较为全面地探讨当前高校港澳台学生就业服务均等化的现状、问 题及原因分析。提出要落实政府责任，建设服务型政府；推进高校教育培养模 式改革，加强高校就业服务能力；发挥港澳台学生的主体性作用，倡导“助人 自助”的自我就业服务理念等途径加强对港澳台学生就业服务，为解决境内高 校港澳台学生就业服务均等化问题提供有益探索。关键词：境内高校港澳台学生就业服务均等化AbstractAs Chinas economic and social development, especially the implementation of college educational internationalization strategy, studying abroad more and more was born in mainland universities. According to the characteristics of Hong Kong and Macao students to most universities, the implementation of the measures of training better talent, but the process of students education and management in Hong Kong and Macao, very few colleges and universities will focus on the problem of employment in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students, While the employment service equalization is the key to solve all kinds of problems.This paper based on the practice of running colleges and universities in Fujian Province, on the base of reviewing related literatures, through theoretical analysis andempirical research，comprehensively analysis of the current situation，problems andcauses of the current employment service equalization in Colleges and universities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students ， and Proposed to implement the responsibility of the government, the construction of service oriented government；promoting university education training mode reform, strengthen college employment service ability；give play to the role of Hong Kong，Macao and Taiwan students, advocate “help people to help themselves” self employment service concept and otherways to strengthen students in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students is service，provide the beneficial exploration for solving the mainland universities in Hong Kong and Taiwan student employment service equalization problem.Keywords: Mainland universitiesHong Kong，Macao and Taiwan students
