AbstractThe full implementation of quality education requires groups of teachers with a high level, thus, corresponding teacher cultivation and teacher training system must be established. Teacher training as an inherent requirements specialization for teacher occupation has become one of the sources to promote the professional development of in-service teachers.This paper discusses the necessity of training evaluation in the teacher training project management, based on the current state of the evaluation of teacher training at home and abroad, pointing out the problems lying in the teacher training.This paper analysis domestic and international training evaluation model, training process and training validity, and attempts to amend the traditional model of Kirkpatrick and CIPP evaluation model on the basis of the characteristics of teacher training. Evaluation model of teacher training project then are proposed, divided into three stages: before training, during training and after training.
