输卵管绝育术前术中实施心理干预临床应用 　　【摘要】目的：探讨在女性绝育术术前、术中有针对性地施行心理干预对手术的顺利进行及术后康复所具有的临床意义。方法：术前认真耐心地倾听受术者主诉，了解受术者的心理状态，通过宣传、教育、鼓励、指导等有针对性地开展心理干预。结果：通过心理干预使受术者的心理由抵触、恐惧、不配合转变为理解、放松、并积极配合，从而顺利完成手术。结论：在女性绝育术术前、术中施行必要的心理干预对手术的顺利进行及术后康复具有十分重要的意义；对预防手术并发症及后遗症具有独特的作用；对计划生育工作的开展大有益处，值得推广。 　　【关键词】女性绝育术；心理干预；临床应用 　　In front of feminine sterilization technique in technique implementation psychology intervention clinical discussion 　　Chen Xinxia (Service station of Population and Family Planning,pingliang,744000,China) 　　【Abstract】Objective：The discussion in the feminine sterilization technique, the technique has pointed executes the psychology to intervene smoothly carries on the clinical significance after the surgery which and the technique is restored to health has.
