三批雷公藤药材真伪鉴别及其提取方法研究 　　摘要: 目的：鉴别3批雷公藤药材的真伪，并优选雷公藤中雷公藤甲素的最佳提取方法.方法：以雷公藤甲素为检测指标，采用高效液相色谱法，鉴别3批雷公藤药材的真伪，并考察超声波提取法、冷凝回流法和索氏提取法对雷公藤甲素含量的影响.结果: 只有购于福建的一批雷公藤药材可检测出雷公藤甲素；索氏提取法提取的雷公藤甲素含量明显高于超声波提取法和冷凝回流法.结论: 购于亳州的雷公藤药材为赝品药材；索氏提取法提取效率高，所需溶剂少，操作简便，适用于雷公藤药材中雷公藤甲素的提取. 　　 　　? 　　关键词: 雷公藤；雷公藤甲素；鉴别；HPLC；提取方法 　　? 　　中图分类号:R284 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1672-8513(2010)02-0143-03 　　?? 　　 　　Identification of the Authenticity of Three Batches of ?Tripterygium? With triptolide as the detection indicator, the authenticity of three batches of ?Tripterygium wilfordii? was identified by the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Three different extracting methods were investigated with the content of triptolide as the indicator：ultrasonic extraction, reflux condensation and soxhlet extraction. The results showed that Triptolide could be detected in ?Tripterygium wilfordii? bought in Fujian and that the content of triptolide by soxhlet extraction was significantly higher than that by ultrasonic extraction method and reflux condensation.
