骨盆骨折患者围手术期护理分析及康复指导 　　【中图分类号】R472 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2010)10-0049-02 　　【摘要】目的:探讨对骨盆骨折患者施行围手术期有效护理,以减少患者术后并发症的临床疗效,并对患者进行针对性康复指导,以促进患者早日康复。方法:选取我院收治的60例骨盆骨折患者的临床资料,对患者进行围手术期有效护理,观察护理疗效并总结护理经验,对术后患者进行康复指导,促进患者早日康复。结果:本组患者在病情稳定之后,均实行复位内固定,手术之后有1例患者因尿道损伤并发尿路感染,经过对症治疗后康复出院,获得了满意的临床疗效。结论:患者在手术之前施行积极有效的抢救措施,在围手术期进行有效、全面护理,对手术患者进行正确、有效的康复指导,可以促进骨盆骨折患者病情的早日康复,临床疗效满意值得在临床推广。? 　　【关键词】骨盆骨折;围手术期护理;分析;康复指导 　　【Abstract】Objective: Study on effective nursing care to the pelvic and fracture patients who are in the perioperative period for the sake of reducing postoperative complications happening, and cooperation with pertinent rehabilitation instructions to the patients, so as to promote their recovery as early as possible.Method: Selecting 60 cases of clinical data that the pelvic and fracture patients were received and cured by our hospital, the effective nursing care was implemented on the patients who were in the perioperative period, at the same time, in order to promote patients earlier recovery, rehabilitation instruction was made to the after-surgery patients based on observing nursing effect and summarizing nursing experience.Result: Reduction and internal fixation operation was made on each patient after their conditions were getting stable, there was one case, after operation, that concurrent urinary tract infection was happening due to urethral injury, but after symptomatic treatment, the patient was recovered and discharged from hospital with satisfactory clinical effect.Conclusion: the active and effective emergency treatment before operation, and overall nursing care in the perioperative period, and proper rehabilitation instructions after operation, may promote pelvic and fracture patients to be recovered as early as possible, and clinical effect is worthy to be extended in clinical practice.? 　　【Key words】Pelvis bone fracture; Encircles surgery time nursing; Analysis; Recovery instruction 　　骨盆骨折多是因为外力撞击骨盆或者暴力挤压所导致,患者除了有疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍之外,常合并有不同程度的休克、腹部、胸部、头部联
