西双版纳橡胶经济发展与傣族民居变迁 　　（1.青岛理工大学建筑学院 山东 青岛 266033； 　　 2.青岛北洋建筑设计有限公司 山东 青岛 266001； 　　 3.青岛理工大学建筑学院 山东 青岛 266033） 　　 　　【摘 要】西双版纳傣族传统干栏民居在历史的长河中，形成了具有地域特色的、风格独特的建筑形式和建筑文化。然而，自上世纪80年代改革开放以来，以橡胶种植业为主的橡胶经济，作为推动西双版纳当地经济发展的支柱产业，过度干扰了生态环境，同时诱发了傣族社会生活的迅速变迁。在这样新的社会历史环境中，傣族传统干栏民居面临着一系列新的问题。本文以在橡胶经济影响的背景下傣族干栏民居的演变过程为研究对象，揭示了橡胶经济与傣族干栏民居演变之间的内在联系, 以期找出民居演变与经济发展及生态保护之间的平衡点，从而引导傣族人民传承其传统的干栏民居，既吸取传统干栏民居的文化精华，又与当代技术材料相结合。 　　 【关键词】西双版纳；傣族干栏民居；橡胶经济；变迁；可持续发展 　　The Rubber Economic Development in Xishuangbanna and The Folk House Changes of Dai People 　　 　　Chang Zhen-hua1，Lu lu2，Xu Fei-peng3 　　(1.Architecture Department, Qingdao technological University Qingdao Shandong 266033； 　　 2.Qingdao Beiyang Design Group Qingdao Shandong 266001，China; 　　 3.Architecture Department, Qingdao technological University Qingdao Shandong 266033) 　　 　　 【Abstract】The Dai peoples traditional Gang Lan folk house (a kind of through-jointed frame often used by Day people) in Xishuangbanna has taken shape of an architectural forms and architectural culture with a regional characteristics and unique style in the long history. However, since the opening reforms of 1980s, the Rubber Economy, the main planting, as a pillar industry promoting local economical development in Xishuangbanna, has interfered excessively the ecological environment and induced the rapid changes of Dai peoples social life. The Dai peoples traditional Gang Lan folk house in Xishuangbanna is now facing a series of new problems.From the end of 1980s till now, to study the evolution of the Dai peoples traditional Gang Lan folk house under the background of the Rubber Economy affect, this thesis reveals the internal relations between the Rubber Economy and the Dai peoples traditional Gang Lan folk house and finds the balance among the folk house changes, economical development and ecological protection as well, so as to lead Dai people to inheritance of the Dai peoples traditional Gang Lan folk house not only to learn its essence but to
