安徽工业大学毕业设计(论文)任务书课题名称淮北市水泥厂仓库物料搬运系统设计学院管理科学与工程学院专业班级工业工程051姓名学号毕业设计（论文）的工作内容:1．通过实地考察、调研，发现淮北市水泥厂仓库物料搬运系统存在的问题：2．掌握物料搬运系统SHA方面的知识，并通过查找文献资料、数据采集、计算、分析等方式，提出解决问题的方案。3．针对仓库的具体情况制定合理的搬运方案。4．运用系统评价方法对提出的各种搬运布置方案进行评价。5．计算出各个方案的评价数据，得到可行的最佳方案。摘要在现在生产过程中，随着生产规模的扩大，自动化程度的提高，物料搬运早已成为生产矛盾的焦点，物料搬运系统是否合理也是各个企业重点关注的问题。物料搬运是制造企业生产过程中的辅助生产过程，它是工序之间、车间之间、工厂之间物质流不可缺少的环节。由于物料搬运在生产领域各个生产环节中起着相互联结与转换的作用，使生产能连续、正常地进行，因此，物料搬运系统的合理与否，将直接影响生产率和企业的经济效益。本文利用设施规划的原理和方法，以水泥厂仓库为研究对象，在经过初步分析之后发现该仓库的问题主要是物料摆放不合理和搬运系统落后，进一步的分析主要利用工业工程理论中的SHA设计方法，对现行的物料摆放进行重新设计规划，然后提出新的物料搬运系统的改善方案，利用综合评价法对改善方案进行评价，得到最优方案。实施新的改善方案之后，可以使仓库物料搬运的效率得到提高，节省了人力物力，增加了企业的经济效益。关键词：设施规划，物料搬运，SHA，综合评价法AbstractMaterial Handling is Supporting the production process in the Production process ofManufacturing Enterprises ，it is an indispensable component between processes,workshops, and plant material flow.
